Can’t login on the rewards and never get the email to reset the password that I know it’s right, can’t add anything from the spin to claim it just garbage app at the moment

Not as good.
Since the app changed it doesn’t work as good. When I spin the wheel no adult items are available anymore. I messaged them and they sent me a link to fix the problem but it doesn’t work. I’ll still root for Riley Herbst though!

Worked one time for rewards. All my rewards show in the app but when I enter my number or scan my code for my rewards at the register, it does not accept the reward.
Account not found
I created a new account from the app but whenever I go to use my mobile number in the store it says “account not found”. I asked a coworker to join (who never had a terrible account before) Same thing. I emailed the support, never hear back! Just a bad, non-tested app 🤷♂️👎

Haven’t won much lately I’ve lost more for sure they offer a 5$ credit for leaving a review which in this game doesn’t do much tbh. Wish they gave more but all good I guess Ever since the new app /update I don’t know if I trust it anymore but I do trust them more than other gambling apps so that’s a plus+ Regarding my wins I have 50$ here and there hitting a 4 of a kind on dollar bets (min) it was fun and exciting for sure when that moment happened I found it all to be memorable even the losing

Complete garbage, Terrible Tuesday never works and never gets fixed. Terrible’s is appropriate name for this company.
Slowest loading app - EVER!
I don’t let the app run the background and it takes over 2 minutes for the app to load, connect to my account, and actually show me something useful. This is happening on an iPhone 17! I know my first-generation Amazon Fire Tablet loaded apps faster than this. It is useless until they make some changes

I’d give this 5 stars but I really wish you guys would work on region areas that don’t give certain items for Shop Spin and Win we don’t have Spylt Milk here where I live so I just get one wasted Spin every time that pops up 😭

The old was also great, but the new and improved Terrible’s+ Rewards app is AMAZING! I’ve never seen a convenience store chain give out so many free products and rewards all in one place. I especially love the new cents per gallon discounts and c-store cash options! Great job Terrible’s!!!

Can’t access rewards. Can’t access QR Code. Can’t sign in. Can’t reset password. Can’t register. Can’t use app. Deleting app and not going to Terrible’s anymore.
