Guided breathing you actually enjoy listening to. A harmonic sound rises as you breathe in and falls as you breathe out, and a gentle nudge marks each turn, so your eyes can close. Tired of a voice saying "inhale" and "exhale"? You hear a sound instead, and spoken cues are there if you want them. The session keeps going with the screen off. Lotus is for falling asleep, easing anxiety, and steadying yourself before a hard moment. A few breaths, or until you drift off. 40+ patterns are built in, and you can filter them by what you need — calm, sleep, focus, or riding out a craving. The techniques people come looking for are all there: • Box breathing — 4-4-4-4, for focus under pressure • 4-7-8 breathing — for falling asleep • Coherent breathing — 5-5, six breaths a minute, for steady calm • Extended exhale and cyclic sighing — for easing anxiety • Bellows breath — fast pranayama, for energy • Your own pattern — your inhale, hold, exhale and duration Each session can count as mindful minutes in Apple Health. A streak, a Lock Screen widget, and XP are there if you want a daily habit, and easy to ignore if not. No account. The exercises are free, because calm and sleep should be available to everyone. The only purchases are optional XP boosts and streak freezes.

Track your fasts with a clear timer and a plan that fits your week. What makes FastKept different? • Every feature is completely free. No paywalls and no locked features. • Home Screen widgets show the live clock under "Fasting". The medium widget also shows the goal end time, with wording such as "Your goal is 16 hours, so you're done at 12:58 PM." Lock Screen widgets show your running time and goal progress. • Choose a weekday schedule with rest days, keep notes and mood with each fast, and export and restore your history through Files without an account. Everything is free. The only thing you can ever pay for is removing ads for other Solstice Suite apps. Choose a preset or a custom length, start and end a fast, and review week, month, and rolling range history. Keep optional water, weight, and mood logs. Set reminders and use a Live Activity while a fast is running. Privacy Fasts and logs stay on your iPhone unless you export them, enable the relevant Apple Health sharing, or choose an account backup. Local photos and records from Apple Health are excluded from online backups. This is a timer and journal, not medical advice; it does not measure ketosis or diagnose fasting stages. Optional supporter plans are billed by Apple through your App Store account, and the app checks subscription status with our purchase provider using purchase information and technical information. We do not send your personal app records to it. Crash and performance diagnostics help us fix problems; they exclude your identity, screenshots, and view attachments. Optional ad removal Removes ads in all our apps on this device. Choose $0.99 weekly, $2.99 monthly, or $19.99 yearly in the U.S.; local prices may vary. All features remain free. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
