Auer Mood vs Another Stupid Monday

Auer Mood helps you track your mood. You can log new moods along with an optional reason, which will be shown on a mood map. If more than one mood is recorded, the average mood for the day is calculated. Mood trends can be tracked daily, weekly, monthly, and overall through a chart that highlights patterns and spikes.  Note: This app is designed solely for tracking your mood and does not offer recommendations. If you're experiencing distress, please contact your mental health care provider for assistance.

Another Stupid Monday gives you one small thing to do each week, starting every Monday. It's based on simple psychological ideas that can help people feel a little better over time: doing small helpful actions, noticing good things, reaching out to others, or gently facing things you've been avoiding. How it works: • Every Monday, receive a task. • Complete it to move on. • If you don't finish, the task stays with you. There are 100 tasks in total, designed as a slow journey that unfolds over time. But the point isn't to finish quickly. Just focus on the current week and let the rest take care of itself. The tasks, their order, and the small dialogues around them are crafted by a real psychotherapist. Good luck on your journey!
