"Turn Your Steps into Screen Time – Move More, Scroll Smarter Our app helps you build healthier digital habits by linking physical activity with screen time. Walk to earn time on the apps you love, and take charge of your focus, productivity, and mental wellness. Reclaim Your Time and Focus Endless scrolling isn’t just consuming your screen time — it’s draining your energy, attention span, and overall well-being. Our app offers a smarter solution by encouraging movement as a way to earn access to distracting apps. A Healthier Balance Between Movement and Phone Use Transform your daily steps into earned screen time. By tying physical activity to app access, our app promotes a more mindful relationship with your phone. It's a simple way to support your mental health, reduce digital distractions, and stay active — all at once. Why Combine Walking and Screen Time? Our app connects fitness, mental clarity, and digital wellness. By requiring physical movement to unlock screen time, you’ll reduce mindless scrolling, stay focused, and build more intentional digital habits — without giving up the apps you love. How It Works: 1) Select Which Apps to Limit Choose the apps you'd like to restrict and regain control over your screen time using built-in app blocker tools. 2) Set Your Activity Rules For example: Earn 1 minute of app access for every 100 steps. You can adjust these rules based on your goals — whether it's limiting screen time, boosting fitness, or improving focus. 3) Track Your Steps Automatically Our app syncs with your phone’s step counter and integrates with Apple Health for smooth tracking across supported fitness devices. 4) Earn Time by Moving Meet your daily movement goals to unlock access to restricted apps. The more you move, the more time you earn — reinforcing positive habits over time. 5) Use Apps Without Guilt Enjoy your screen time knowing it was earned through movement and mindful use, not endless distraction. It’s screen time that supports your health, not harms it. We Respect Your Privacy Your data stays private. Most tracking never ends. You log, and log, and one day you stop — no closer to knowing whether it worked. HypoMe is built the other way round: one question, a set number of days, an answer at the end. Does cutting caffeine after 2pm actually improve YOUR sleep? Describe the goal in plain English and the AI Experiment Designer turns it into a full experiment — intervention, outcome, baseline, run length. Record a few ordinary days as a baseline, then make the change and check in for about ten seconds a day. On the date you set, HypoMe compares baseline to change and tells you what happened in one sentence. You add your own takeaway beside the statistical one, and keep what worked as a practice with a reminder and a review date. The check-in streak tracks how consistently you logged — it is not the goal, and the run ends either way. You can run a full experiment without an account. An account adds sync across iPhone and the web, publishing, and Premium. DESIGNS THAT HOLD UP - Crossover (A/B/A) designs that test whether an effect really repeats (Premium). - Blinded runs — HypoMe seals which container is which until the end (Premium). - Two to five outcomes at once, and custom scales in your own units (Premium). - Confound tagging — flag travel, illness, or disrupted weeks so they don't muddy the data. - Apple Health — pick a HealthKit metric (sleep, steps, HRV, active calories) as your outcome. WHAT YOU GET AT THE END - A plain-English verdict: direction, magnitude, effect size, and trend, with Cohen's d and standard deviation behind it (Premium). - "Inconclusive" treated as a real result, with an explanation of why. - AI Results Interpreter (Premium) — phase-by-phase breakdown, confound patterns, adherence impact, what next. - A findings ledger where every completed run becomes something you know. - Publish the method behind a result so someone else can run it, or fork theirs. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL - Sign in with email or Apple. No social graph, no public profile, no advertising. - Encrypted in transit. Data between your device and our servers travels over TLS. - Apple Health is read on-device with your explicit consent for the metrics you pick. Only the resulting outcome value for each experiment day is stored with your entries — never the raw Apple Health data as a separate payload. - Anonymous community contributions are opt-in. When enabled, only aggregate stats are added to the public community table — no user ID, no experiment ID, no intervention text, no hypothesis, no raw entries. Opt out or revoke past contributions anytime in Settings. - Export your experiments, entries, and settings anytime as JSON from Settings. - Full account deletion in Settings — permanently removes your account and associated data. - Read the full Privacy Policy at hypome.com/privacy. PREMIUM - $4.99/month or $29.99/year — first month free on annual. Cancel anytime in Settings. - Free tier: 1 experiment at a time, run all the way to a verdict; 3 AI designs/month. Nothing about finishing an experiment is paywalled. Built for people who want to know what actually works for them. No woo, no medical claims, no mystery. HypoMe is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before changing medications or treatments. Terms of Use (EULA): https://hypome.com/terms
