Your route. Your records. Your way. Elevator Field Command is a field tool for elevator mechanics who need to stay organized without relying on an internet connection. It is free, and it is still being built out: some parts are unfinished, and the app asks for a password on first open while that is the case. If you work on escalators, Escalator Field Command is the finished one. ELEVATOR FIELD GUIDE A plain-language companion to ASME A17.1 / CSA B44, right in the app. Ask a question the way you'd ask a senior mechanic, typed or spoken, and get a clear, sourced answer in seconds. Set your province or state and the guide answers for the code edition your region has adopted, with any later change shown separately. Jump to any rule by its number, bookmark the ones you lean on, and keep reading with no signal: a copy stays on your phone. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE Track every elevator on your route with equipment specs, service history, and building contacts. Manufacturer, model, controller, number of ropes and rope size, number of openings, year installed. Upload PDFs, manuals, and code books for offline access. Tag them, filter by category, sort by name, date, or most recently opened. Everything stays on your device. SERVICE LOGGING Log maintenance, repairs, callbacks, and sold work in seconds. Add photos and receipts, parts replaced, hours, and notes. Auto-save means you never lose your work. HOURS AND TIMESHEETS Log time tickets with tags for shop time, meetings, training, and travel. Weekly timesheets fill themselves from your records. Copy a whole day as text for your company's system, or send it as a PDF with expenses and a photo of each receipt. WATCH LIST Flag units that need attention, with photos, a priority, and a checklist of what needs fixing. Urgent items surface on the dashboard so nothing gets missed. WORKS OFFLINE. ALWAYS. All data lives on your device. No accounts, no cloud, no internet required. Daily backups, and one export file carries records, photos and manuals to a new phone or a coworker. iPhone and iPad.
