This app gradually helps you quit bad habits by providing assistance in measuring, tracking, and reducing their frequency. You can set a desired duration for quitting, and the app will adjust the reduction rate accordingly. Whenever you engage in a bad habit, you mark it in the app, and you lose one usage point. Additionally, you earn usage points throughout the day that you can spend whenever you wish. Over time, the points you earn will decrease until you no longer earn any. At that point, you should have successfully quit the habit. Thereβs also an optional measuring phase at the beginning where you count your habitβs frequency over a few days to determine your average usage.

Dumbbell is a simple, focused workout tracker for iPhone and Apple Watch β built for lifters who want to log sets fast and stay in their rhythm between them. PLAN YOUR SPLIT Build recurring workout days β Push, Pull, Legs, Core, Upper, Lower, Cardio, Flexibility, or Rest β each with its own exercises, target reps, and suggested sets. Pick up your routine right where you left off. LOG SETS IN SECONDS Track reps and weight per set with a smart weight stepper: small taps for fine adjustments, bigger jumps the longer you hold. A built-in exercise library covers common gym movements, organized by muscle group, so you're never starting from a blank page. REST TIMER THAT FOLLOWS YOU Start, pause, or adjust your rest timer from your iPhone or Apple Watch, and it stays perfectly in sync between both. A Live Activity and Dynamic Island keep the countdown on your Lock Screen so you never have to unlock your phone between sets β and a notification lets you know the moment rest is up. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Every finished workout is saved to your history. The session timeline automatically reconstructs how you actually trained β straight sets vs. supersets β based on when you logged each one, no manual tagging required. Each day also compares your total reps against your last time through, so you can see at a glance whether you improved, maintained, or fell behind. NEVER LOSE A SESSION Forgot to log a workout? Backfill it retroactively. Your data syncs across all your devices via iCloud, so your training history is always with you. ON YOUR WRIST The Apple Watch companion app shows today's workout, lets you log sets, and controls the rest timer β all without reaching for your phone. Dumbbell doesn't try to be everything. It's a fast, distraction-free way to plan your training, log your sets, and keep moving between them.
