This app gradually helps you quit bad habits by providing assistance in measuring, tracking, and reducing their frequency. You can set a desired duration for quitting, and the app will adjust the reduction rate accordingly. Whenever you engage in a bad habit, you mark it in the app, and you lose one usage point. Additionally, you earn usage points throughout the day that you can spend whenever you wish. Over time, the points you earn will decrease until you no longer earn any.
