Start where you are. Do your push-ups. Watch your route to ten appear on a little map! SuperStrong is a workout log for bodyweight training at home: push-ups, squats, planks, rows and more. No gym, no hour, no plan to figure out. Tell it where you stand today and it builds you a small, friendly path. START WHERE YOU ARE Three safety questions, where your push-ups are today and your best set. A coach with a keycap face builds your challenge in front of you: your first 10 push-ups, a full-body week, a plank you are proud of, stronger legs or a bigger engine. A yes to a safety question makes the plan easier and never blocks you. TODAY'S WORKOUT Every training day opens with a short list of sets. Tick one off and it lands on your wall as a bright tile. Three training days and four rests in every week. A rest day just says so! A ROUTE ON A LITTLE TOWN Your whole route is drawn as Toy Town. Every stop is a number of reps in a position, like 5 knee push-ups, then 10 on the floor. Tap a stop and see the weeks it takes. There is no deadline, only the next stop. STAGES AND CHALLENGES Stages show the steps of your ladder, wall, table, knees, floor, and the weeks you finished. Challenges show your programme and its route. Your evidence proposes a step up, you choose. EVERY SET IS A TILE The more reps, the bigger the tile. Effort is mass, and the wall is the reward. Log any set any day, even one that is not on the list. THE CLUB Start a Floor Club and invite up to four friends with one code. Everyone's sets land on the same wall. Slap a reaction sticker on a friend's set: one each, four per tile, never on your own. YOUR COACH Name your companion, pick its colour and dress it up. It cheers every set and goes SUPER when you finish a day. SUPERSTRONG PRO Unlock three extra sticker sets (Mech squad, Dino gang and Snack pack), the companion's Pro finishes and its wardrobe. Pay once for lifetime, or subscribe monthly or yearly. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. NO STREAKS, NO GUILT No points, no badges, no graphs. Just tiles you laid yourself. Sign in with Apple. iPhone only.
