EMDR Timer vs Punctual

A simple timer without the need to stop and reset the timer in order to start a new interval.

Punctual is the smart alarm Apple's Clock never became. See exactly when your alarm rings, get a heads-up before it does, and skip just one day - tomorrow stays armed. THE PROBLEM WITH EVERY ALARM APP Day off tomorrow? Your only option is turning the alarm off - and praying you remember to turn it back on. Punctual fixes exactly that. SKIP TODAY, NEVER FORGET TOMORROW One tap skips only today's ring. The alarm stays active for tomorrow, you see it confirmed in green - "Skipped today, still active" - and there's an Undo if you change your mind. Skip from the alarm card, from the heads-up notification, or right from the Lock Screen. ALWAYS KNOW WHEN IT RINGS Every alarm shows a live countdown - "Rings in 7h 42m" - updating in real time, even while you're still picking the time. No more mental math at midnight. A HEADS-UP BEFORE IT RINGS A quiet notification ahead of each alarm, with a Skip button right on it. Decide from your pillow, before the ringing starts. RINGS THROUGH SILENT MODE AND FOCUS Built on Apple's AlarmKit, Punctual rings exactly like the built-in Clock - through Silent mode and through Focus. FREE FOREVER The core experience - unlimited alarms, live countdown, heads-up, Skip today, snooze - is free. No ads. No account. No tracking. Everything stays on your device. PUNCTUAL PRO - WHEN YOU WANT MORE • Vacation pause: silence alarms for a date range; they resume automatically • Custom heads-up timing, multiple heads-ups, and your own messages • Custom snooze duration • Alarm groups: skip or pause a whole set at once • Calendar auto-skip: days off in your calendar skip themselves • Themes, accent colors, alternate app icons • Custom sounds - import your own audio for the heads-up and the alarm Pay how you like: monthly, yearly, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. If you hate subscriptions, Lifetime is yours forever. No rent on an alarm clock. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts, no analytics, no tracking. Your alarms never leave your device. AN HONEST NOTE ON RELIABILITY No alarm app can guarantee a ring - iOS ultimately decides when alarms fire, and a phone that's off or out of battery can't ring at all. For anything you can't afford to miss, please set a second, independent alarm. Requires iOS 26 or later (Punctual is built on Apple's AlarmKit framework). SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS Punctual Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy.
