Save a workout video from Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, and turn it into a session you can actually run on the floor. Paste the link, review the exercises that come back, and it lands in your library ready to lift. FROM LINK TO SESSION Paste any workout video URL. The app reads the post and pulls out the moves, sets, and reps, then hands you an editable list before anything is saved. Fix a number, drop a move you are not doing, add one of your own. Nothing is locked. BUILD IT YOURSELF TOO The editor works from a blank page just as well. Name the session, add exercises with sets and reps, set a difficulty, drop it into a collection. No import required. RUN IT ON THE FLOOR Start a session and the screen goes to work mode: big numbers, current set, reps in front of you. Mark a set complete and the rest timer starts on its own. Skip the rest when you are ready early. Walk away mid-session and it picks up where you left off. YOUR LIBRARY, ORGANIZED Group sessions into collections by goal, block, or body part. Tag by muscle group. Search across everything you have saved. Pull up a workout in two taps instead of scrolling a camera roll. PLAN THE WEEK Assign workouts to days on the calendar. The Today screen shows what is on deck, what you ran recently, and how the week is shaping up. WATCH THE STREAK BUILD The heatmap plots every day you trained. Sessions logged, current streak, longest streak, weekly activity. Full history of past sessions, no badges, no confetti. EXPORT AND SHARE Send a workout out of the app in a readable format when you want it on paper or in a message. Workout Planner & Gym Log requires a Premium unlock to plan and log your training. Premium opens the whole app: an unlimited workout library instead of a small starter set, deeper extraction from Instagram, TikTok and YouTube links, unlimited collections, the session editor and work mode with the rest timer, the full week schedule and progress views with the training heatmap, PDF export, reminders, and an ad-free app. Plans: a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase.
