Everything happens on your iPhone. Your photos are never uploaded, and PrivyMark doesn't collect, track, or store anything about you. Pixelation and blur can sometimes be reversed on text, which is why text defaults to a solid cover. The hidden-watermark check catches simple pixel-level tricks; it cannot detect or remove professional forensic watermarking designed to survive edits. PrivyMark never uploads your photos, doesn't use ad or tracking SDKs, and doesn't collect analytics of any kind. Every feature is free.
