FND Tracker is a private symptom diary for people living with Functional Neurological Disorder, built for days when logging anything at all feels like too much. Open the app and see a today-at-a-glance screen with your overall symptom load and a rolling seven-day trend. No scrolling through menus, no setup required each morning. Logging is a calm, simple checklist. Twenty-three common FND symptoms are organised into five groups - movement and balance, episodes, thinking, speech and swallowing, sensory changes, and pain, energy and sleep - so you can find what you need even on a foggy day. Tick what you are experiencing and give each symptom its own score from 1 to 10, so a bad tremor and a mild headache never have to share one number. Your overall severity for the entry is simply your highest score. Log your vitals too. Record heart rate and blood pressure on their own, separate from your symptoms, so readings never add to your daily symptom load. They appear on your Today screen and day details, and can be included in your reports. Good days count too. If nothing is wrong, record a clear day, and it shows in your calendar and your exported reports, so a day with no symptoms never looks the same as a day you simply did not log. Hospital stays matter. Record an admission with its length, reason and severity, kept with the day it began. Missed work days are tracked separately with duration, reason and severity, all viewable in a month calendar you can switch between symptom and missed work views. Together this gives you a clear, dated record of how FND has affected your life and your ability to work. Keep doctor's letters where you can actually find them. Import PDFs from Files or photos of letters into a built-in viewer, so every appointment, diagnosis note and referral lives in one place alongside your symptom history. When it is time for a neurology appointment or a conversation with an employer, export a clinical, paginated PDF or CSV for any date range, with the sections you choose - including hospital stays and vitals. Turn weeks of lived experience into something clear, organised and easy for someone else to review. Everything is protected with optional Face ID, Touch ID or passcode lock that re-arms whenever the app goes to the background. There is no account to create, no server, and no analytics. Your records never leave your device unless you choose to export them. FND Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, monitor or treat any condition, and it is not a substitute for medical care. It simply helps you keep an honest, private record of what you are living with, so you have something solid to bring to the people who need to understand it. Download FND Tracker and start building a record that reflects what your days are actually like.
