Individuation guides you every day with short breathing, meditation, rest and movement practices, led by Johnatan Agostini’s voice, recreated by AI. A method in seven pillars: The 7 Pillars of Individuation. TWO WAYS TO BEGIN When you create your account, one question guides you. Follow the method and its seven questions to find the pillar to explore, or discover the app through what you need: sleeping better, finding calm, catching your breath, moving. Your first week is free, no card needed. SEVEN PILLARS FOR YOUR DAY Breathe, Hydrate, Nourish, Move, Rest, Transmit and Rise: explore each pillar through body, mind and soul. IN EVERY PILLAR Guided breathing and heart coherence, with on-screen cues and a gentle vibration if you want it. Meditation and relaxation. Deep rest (NSDR) to recover and prepare for sleep. Movements guided by animated figures. Simple recipes, weekly menus and a shopping list. A journal to keep track of your path. His voice guides the sessions, even with the screen off, and with headphones it can move gently around you if you wish. LISTENING WITHOUT A WORD In Rest, ten, twenty or thirty minutes of pure sound, with no words at all. Eight soundscapes to choose from. During guided sessions, the soundscape fades under the voice and returns in the silences. And Inner Silence: a soundscape, a little space, and when a thought comes you set it down in a few words before returning to listening. WITH YOUR IPHONE A widget counts your glasses of water without opening the app. Apple Health, read-only and only if you agree: your night, your steps, your resting heart rate and your heart rate variability adjust your practices of the day, on your phone only. YOUR FIRST WEEK, THEN THE SUBSCRIPTION Your first week is free, no card needed. The subscription opens all seven pillars without limit: €29.99 per quarter or €89.99 per year. It renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time in your iPhone settings. Un Maillot pour la Vie is a charity I care about deeply. I chose to support it through Individuation: €3 for each quarter paid and €9 for each year paid. It is my way of giving this commitment a place in the project as it grows. Your journal and your practices stay on your phone. No ads, no tracking.
