It is easy to lose count while you focus on the posture. Stretch Log ties goal setting, counting and history into one flow for neck, shoulder and back extension exercises. No sign-up, no login. Your records never leave this device. [ Count without breaking your flow ] · No aiming, no miscounts - the button fills the screen, a sound confirms the tap, and a brush against clothes adds nothing. · Holds are timed - "hold 3 seconds" exercises count the time, then add the rep. · Per exercise - the hold timer is remembered exercise by exercise. · Rest handled - a finished set starts the rest timer, and a sound calls you back. Skip any time. · Undo - take back one rep or restart the set. · Form guides - every recommended exercise has an illustration, steps and cautions. [ Today at a glance ] · Today's goal - a big progress ring and the reps left. · Streak - a flame chip shows how many days you have kept it up, and a day count runs from your first record. · Exercise cards - name, goal, progress; tap to open the counter. · Attendance - a stamp for each day you open the app, with past months in the calendar. · Badges - recent badges scroll by; tap for details. · Pain log - record today from 0 to 10 and read it next to your volume. [ Exercise library ] · 8 recommended exercises, back - standing extension, prone extension, chair sit-to-stand and walk, cat-camel. · 8 recommended exercises, neck and shoulders - standing Y-W extension, seated W extension, wall chest stretch, chin tuck. · Pick by body part - cards are tagged Back exercise or Neck exercise, and a tab filters them. · Read before you pick - Details shows the steps and cautions, and you choose right there. · Build your own - name, sets, reps, hold time, rest time. · List or album view - list to scan, album to choose by posture. · Leave it out today - deactivate to keep it listed but out of today's goal. · Reorder - long press the handle and drag. [ Challenges ] · Pick a period - 1 week, 2 weeks, 1, 2 or 3 months. · At a glance - running challenges, successful days, days left. · Grid - each day fills in as success, fail or today. · After the finish - the challenge closes and the successful days stay as a record. [ History and stats ] · Key numbers - current streak, best streak, total reps, total hold time. · Charts - last 7 days or a 6-month monthly average. · Calendar - days shaded by completion; tap any day to open it. · Daily detail - that day's exercises with set-by-set progress. · Timeline - reps grouped by hour, narrowed to one exercise if you want. · Pain trend - two weeks of pain as bars, next to your volume. · Share today - send today's reps and completion rate in one line. [ Badges ] · 54 badges in six groups - start, attendance, streaks, reps, hold time, habits. · 5 rarities, each with its own color. · Locked badges still show progress, like 12 / 30 days, with the condition and the date earned. [ Reminders ] · Interval - every 3 hours inside the active window you choose. · Fixed times - only at 08:00 and 20:00, for example. · Days of week - weekdays, weekends, whatever you pick. · Skip when done - goal already met, the remaining reminders are skipped. · Straight to work - point a reminder at one exercise and the tap opens that counter. · Weekly report - a one-line summary on Sunday evening. [ Settings ] · Reset - clear exercises and records, or everything, with a confirmation. · Languages - Korean, English, French, Japanese. Theme - system, light or dark. · Permissions - notification and exact alarm status, tap to open system settings. · Sound - counting, set complete, goal complete. No vibration. · App info - version, developer, open source licenses, other apps. Records stay on this device. There is no export or import yet, so uninstalling removes them.
