Snap it. Know it. Log it. Calorie AI turns a photo of your meal into an AI estimate of its calories, protein, carbs, and fat in seconds. No barcodes, no database digging, no weighing. THREE WAYS TO LOG - Scan a meal: photograph your plate, snack, or drink - Scan a label or menu: snap a nutrition facts panel, package, or menu item - Describe it: no photo? Type what you ate and get an estimate - Type it in: already know the numbers? Log them by hand, always free WHAT EVERY ESTIMATE GIVES YOU - A calorie estimate plus a likely range, never false precision - Protein, carbs, fat, and fiber on clean macro bars - Each item on the plate with its own portion and calories - What moves the number most: oil, dressing, sauces, portion size - Lighter options when you want the same meal for less - A plain note on how sure the estimate is YOUR TARGETS, YOUR DAY A quick setup calculates a daily calorie target and macro targets from your details using a standard energy formula. Watch the gauge fill as the day adds up, see what's left, and look back on any day in the calendar. FIX IT IN SECONDS Ate half the plate? Slide the portion and every number scales. Know the real count? Type it in. Pro members can also refine an estimate with AI by telling it what it missed, like "it was two slices" or "no dressing". AI DISCLAIMER Calorie AI uses AI. Protein Ring

Protein Ring turns a plain sentence about what you ate into an honest protein number. Type what you actually ate, like "2 eggs, oats, and a protein shake". In seconds you see your protein, calories and the nutrients you're low on. Check the estimate, change what's wrong, and watch the ring fill. No photos, no barcodes, no food search. Key features: - A protein target sized from your goal, your training week and your body details, with Apple Health import if you want it. - Meal logging in your own words, typed or dictated. - Every estimate is shown for you to check before it counts. Change the words and it is estimated again. - Log again: repeat a meal you have had, with last time's estimate. - Insights over your last 28 days: how often protein reached its target, macros against your plan, and which nutrients fall short of the daily reference. - Apple Health, if you allow it: import body details, and add saved meals to Health. - Apple Watch: dictate a meal on your wrist and review it on your iPhone. - Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and a Live Activity while the estimate works. - At most one reminder a day, and only if you turn it on. The weekly and yearly plans renew until you cancel; Apple shows the price before you confirm. Estimates can be incomplete or wrong; you check them before they count. Protein Ring is for general wellness and is not medical advice.
