Quit adult content today - Close the tab. Open your life. You didn't pick this fight. An industry worth tens of billions of dollars did, and it started when you were 11, the average age men first see adult content. You were exposed years before you had the tools to understand what a habit even was, let alone how to break one. By the time most men decide to quit, they're not breaking a bad choice. They're untangling something that got wired in before they had a say. That's the fight VandrMen is built for. WHY WILLPOWER ALONE DOESN'T WORK Every app you've tried probably worked the same way: block a site, track a streak, hope willpower shows up at 1am. It rarely does. You're not losing because you're weak, you're losing because an entire industry spent decades engineering this to be incredibly difficult to beat. VandrMen doesn't hand you a blocker and wish you luck. It hands you real help from real experts, plus the tools and community to use it when it counts. TAUGHT BY PEOPLE WHO TREAT THIS FOR A LIVING How To Quit Corn - our 10-step framework, taught by Laura Miano, a published sex therapist. Built for a man who wants a plan, not a pep talk. Mastering Urges - taught by Reuben Lowe, an ACT and EMDR therapist with nearly two decades of clinical experience. He teaches you what to do in the sixty seconds before a relapse. Then he's on call in the SOS tools for when that moment actually arrives. Courses, SOS Tools, Community and Streaks - everything you need to quit for good. WHY I BUILT THIS - FROM THE FOUNDER I'm not a therapist. I'm a guy who went looking for help for people I cared about, and found two options: apps that felt like a cash grab, or clinical websites that made you feel like you were being diagnosed. Nothing I'd hand to a friend. So I found the people who actually treat this for a living, put them in one place, and built the thing I wished existed. Close the tab. Open your life. SelfInsight is a private self-reflection app for adults. START WITH A SOURCED MEASURE Your starting profile uses the Ten-Item Personality Inventory (TIPI) by Gosling, Rentfrow and Swann (2003). Its citation and official source are shown inside the assessment and under Profile > Research & safety. NOTICE YOUR OWN PATTERNS Use a short daily check-in to record energy, stress and connection. Your profile shows changes in your own self-reported answers over time. EXPLORE AT YOUR OWN PACE Choose personal goals, follow small reflection steps, and explore a broad library of optional prompts. The library contains original SelfInsight reflection questions—not validated clinical instruments. Scores are based only on your answers; the app does not compare you with a population or show percentiles. CLEAR METHODOLOGY Profile > Research & safety explains how reflection scores are calculated, identifies the sourced TIPI measure, and states the limits of every result. FREE IPHONE APP The iOS app contains no purchases, subscriptions, paid content, external checkout or advertising. Every visible feature is included. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your account keeps your profile and check-ins in sync. You can permanently delete your account and associated data inside the app from Profile > Manage account > Delete account. IMPORTANT SelfInsight does not diagnose, treat or replace healthcare. Do not use a score to make a medical decision. If distress is significant, persistent or affects daily functioning, contact a qualified healthcare professional.
