About

BJJ RollFlow

Features

Make every training session worth remembering. RollFlow is your personal Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training journal. Capture what you practised, keep useful details close and build a library you can return to before your next session. LOG YOUR TRAINING Save when you trained, how long you spent on the mat, your partners and how it felt. Use “Just finished” for a quick entry after class, repeat a previous session as a starting point, or add a short reflection about what worked and what to practise next. BUILD YOUR TECHNIQUE LIBRARY Organise techniques with tags and favourites. Add YouTube references, import video screenshots and annotate saved steps so the important details are easier to revisit. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Follow your training rhythm, time on the mat and learning activity. Your own effort ratings add context without turning every session into a fitness score. OPTIONAL HEART RATE Read the pulse recorded by your wearable in Apple Health. See the session curve, average, maximum, source and recording gaps. Refresh after your wearable has synced. RollFlow does not record live from a sensor or write workouts, calories or pulse measurements to Apple Health. This feature is included for everyone. FOCUS YOUR PRACTICE Choose a training focus, keep a reflection journal and explore training games with clear constraints. A schedule and optional reminders help you make time for the mat. GO DEEPER WITH PREMIUM Premium unlocks unlimited techniques, spaced-repetition reviews and visual game plans. Subscription options and current prices are shown in the app. Existing journal data and backups remain accessible without an active membership. KEEP YOUR JOURNAL Your journal is stored locally. Export a complete backup with your techniques, images, learning history, focus journal and plans. Raw pulse measurements remain in Apple Health unless you explicitly export them. YouTube and Apple services have their own privacy policies. Requires iOS 26 or later. Apple Health access is optional. A compatible wearable and its own recording/sync workflow are needed for heart rate measurements. Pulse summaries describe recorded training; they are not medical, fitness or recovery assessments. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
