Liquor Tracker is a powerful mobile app designed for bar managers and owners who want to eliminate inventory shrinkage, reduce wastage, and maximize profits through accurate, real-time liquor tracking. Built for single-location bars and lounges with roughly 50–500 bottles, the app provides complete operational transparency and simplifies daily inventory management without disrupting bar workflows. Recording bottle volumes takes less than 10 seconds using an intuitive slider interface—just drag to show the remaining liquid, and the app automatically calculates consumption and cost. Each bottle is tracked individually with unique identifiers, visual fill-level indicators, and location-based organization by shelves or sections. A built-in product catalog lets you manage categories and suppliers while viewing real-time inventory status at a glance. Liquor Tracker keeps you ahead of issues with intelligent alerts that notify you of low stock, out-of-stock situations, abnormal volume changes, excessive wastage, and aging bottles that may impact quality. These automated warnings help prevent theft, control losses, and ensure consistent availability of key products.
