MindZoneOut is a Mental Step tool for overloaded minds. Step into a quiet space. Do nothing for a moment. Let thoughts come, go, or simply be. No task to finish. No thought to change. No particular outcome required. A QUIET SPACE WITH LESS ASKING FOR YOUR ATTENTION Screens. Notifications. Information. Noise. Scrolling. Things asking for your attention. Sometimes you don't need another thing to do with what's on your mind. MindZoneOut gives you a quiet visual space where nothing requires your response. You can stay for a moment. You can stay longer. You can leave whenever you're ready. ZONE MODE Open MindZoneOut and enter a Zone. There are no feeds, tasks, goals, or instructions to complete. Let your eyes rest on the space. Let thoughts come and go. Or simply do nothing for a moment. Nothing else is required. THOUGHT FADE MindZoneOut can receive thoughts from other MINDBEBOP tools. A thought can appear briefly in the Zone and then fade from view. You don't have to analyze it. You don't have to reframe it. You don't have to turn it into a task. Sometimes letting a thought appear and disappear is enough. PART OF MENTAL STEPS MindZoneOut can also be used as a Mental Step within Mental Steps in MindEntry. A set of Mental Steps can move into a quiet Zone for a moment and then continue when you're ready. This makes stillness part of Mental Navigation without requiring stillness to be the final destination. MORE THAN ONE WAY TO USE A QUIET SPACE MindZoneOut isn't only about making thoughts disappear. A thought can come. A thought can go. A thought can remain. The Zone simply gives your attention a space with less happening in it. PART OF MINDBEBOP MINDBEBOP is a modular system designed to reduce Thought Noise, support Mental Navigation, and anchor successful mental states. MindZoneOut is one Mental Step tool within that system. It can be entered on its own, receive a thought from another MINDBEBOP tool, or become part of Mental Steps in MindEntry. DESIGNED TO STAY LIGHTWEIGHT • 100% free • No subscriptions • No accounts • No feeds • No tracking • No cloud storage • Everything stays on your device • Optional tips are available if you'd like to support a solo developer MindZoneOut doesn't require you to find an answer, solve a thought, or improve anything. Sometimes you simply need a quieter place for your attention to be. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
