MixBuddy is a personal AI assistant for working DJs. Have it listening while your music plays and it follows along — naming every track, reading its BPM and key, and remembering the transitions that actually worked. Every DJ knows the feeling: you nail a perfect blend between two tracks, the floor goes off, and a few weeks later you can't remember what you played. MixBuddy quietly captures those moments so you never lose them again. WHILE YOU PLAY • Identifies the track that's playing and shows its artwork, BPM, and key • Detects when you mix into the next track and saves the transition automatically • One big tap to save a blend you love — no fiddly controls to hit • Works anywhere: it simply listens to the music playing around you, so there's nothing to set up KNOW WHAT COMES NEXT • Suggestions for what mixes well after the current track — by harmonic key, tempo, and energy • Recommendations grow smarter from the transitions you save • A dedicated Suggestion tab so you're never stuck on the next selection YOUR SETS, REMEMBERED • Every saved transition kept with its tracks, BPM, key, and a short audio clip of the blend • Sets organized automatically, ready to tag with the night, venue, and city • Build a searchable library of your best mixes over time BUILT FOR THE BOOTH • Dark, glanceable interface designed for low-light performance • Huge live controls — nothing precise to hit mid-set • An Apple Watch companion for at-a-glance status on your wrist • MixBuddy uses the built-in mic; for better sound quality add an audio device (iRig or similar) PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Local-first: your mixes live on your device and a set never depends on a connection • Optional sign-in to sync across your devices Matched tracks link out to Apple Music so you can find and add them. Put your phone down, play your set, and let MixBuddy remember the magic.
