WRITE THE NOTE WHERE THE WORK HAPPENS Drafts live on this iPhone. The editor saves as you type, retries a save that fails, and keeps your words on screen so a dropped connection or an interruption does not cost you the note. Drafting, review, signing, amendment and history all work with no connection and no usage cap. SPEAK IT INSTEAD OF TYPING IT Hold to talk and NDIScribe transcribes on this iPhone in Australian English. If this iPhone cannot transcribe on the device, dictation turns itself off rather than sending your voice to a server. No audio is recorded, saved or uploaded. It returns an editable suggestion, a five point documentation checklist and wording flags. You can change every word. Manual review is always available, offline, with no AI involved.
