Make space to notice how meals feel. Instinct helps you record hunger, fullness, emotions, and comfort without counting calories. Explore your own observations at your own pace, with optional practices and no learning streaks to maintain. MEAL CHECK-INS Record how you feel before, during, and after a meal. Resume an active meal from Home. Optional reminders can help you pause and notice your experience. LEARN AT YOUR PACE Read 10 free lessons about mindful eating, hunger signals, emotional eating, hydration, digestive comfort, and returning after a break. Save lessons, mark them as read, and continue where you stopped. Lessons are available offline in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, and Japanese; external source links require internet access. REFLECT ON YOUR OBSERVATIONS Review recorded meals in History. If you choose to enable AI insights, receive guidance based on the context you provide. AI availability depends on connectivity and usage limits; cached insights and on-device guidance remain available when live AI cannot be used. OPTIONAL PRACTICES Try Craving Surf or choose a daily reminder time. Instinct treats the familiar “80% fullness” idea as an optional awareness concept, not a requirement or a rule about how much to eat. YOUR PRIVACY AND CONTROL No app account is required. Meal records are stored on your device with optional iCloud sync. With your consent, anonymized context for AI insights is processed by Cloudflare and OpenAI. See the Privacy Policy for processing and retention details. SUBSCRIPTIONS All education lessons are free. Optional subscriptions unlock premium features. Available plans, current prices, billing periods, and included features are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases is available in Instinct Settings. Instinct provides general wellness education, not diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Follow your care team's guidance and any prescribed meal plan. Hunger and fullness tracking may not suit everyone; you can leave the scale aside when it is not helpful.
