Better Sleep Diary is a simple, private sleep diary. Log how you slept in about a minute, note what might have affected your night, and watch your sleep change over time. Keeping a sleep diary is one of the most useful things you can do when you're trying to sleep better. It turns a vague "I slept badly" into something you can measure, and makes it easier to see which habits help and which don't. It's also what doctors and sleep specialists often ask their patients to keep, including during CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia). LOG YOUR NIGHT IN A MINUTE • When you went to bed and when you got up • How long you think you slept • Sleep quality and how tired you feel, rated 1 to 5 • Whether it was hard to fall asleep, how often you woke and for how long • Bed and wake times carry over from the night before, so logging is quick TRACK WHAT AFFECTS YOUR SLEEP • Your last meal or drink, and your last tea or coffee • Alcohol, cups of coffee and exercise • Daytime tiredness: afternoon slumps, dozing off and irritability SEE YOUR PATTERNS • Sleep efficiency worked out for you: the share of your time in bed actually spent asleep • Last night and the past 7 nights on the home screen, plus your logging streak • Charts for sleep duration, efficiency, quality and tiredness over a week, month, 3 months, 6 months or a year • A calendar color-coded by sleep quality, with every night one tap away • Each night's details at a glance: how often you woke, late caffeine, exercise and more BUILT TO BE SIMPLE • A gentle daily reminder to log last night, which stays quiet once you have • Widgets for your Home Screen and Lock Screen, and Siri and Shortcuts to check or log last night • Syncs across your devices with iCloud • No account and no ads • Available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese BETTER SLEEP DIARY PLUS Upgrade to Plus for: • Insights: see how caffeine, alcohol, exercise and late meals relate to your sleep quality and efficiency • Compare: two measures on one timeline, with nights you exercised, drank or dozed off highlighted • Habits & Symptoms: how often each habit or symptom comes up • Notes on every night: medication, stress or anything else, included in your reports • PDF reports: a clear summary, chart and night-by-night table to share with your doctor or sleep specialist • CSV export: every detail of every night, for Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets • Long-term trends: charts over 3 months, 6 months and a year Plus is available as a yearly subscription with a free trial, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. SnoreNote

SnoreNote is a morning sleep journal that finds which habits wreck your nights. Fill it in over coffee. In under a minute you log how you slept, how bad the snoring was, and what you did the evening before. After a couple of weeks, SnoreNote shows you honest patterns, like whether your snoring runs higher after alcohol or your sleep dips after a late meal. It is a self-report journal: it never listens, records audio, or measures anything. WHAT YOU LOG EACH MORNING - Sleep quality on a 1 to 5 scale, hours slept, and times woken - Snore severity 0 to 4, reported by you or your sleep partner - How rested you felt on waking - Evening factor chips: alcohol, late caffeine, a large or late meal, late screens, back sleeping, congestion, stress, exercise WHAT SNORENOTE SHOWS YOU - A weekly snore-severity trend chart - Honest correlation cards that describe your own logs, never a diagnosis - Cards appear only past five nights on each side of a factor, so nothing is invented from thin data - A factor-by-impact ranking, strongest effect first - A wind-down reminder in the evening to help you ease toward bed - A doctor-ready PDF: your averages, snore trend, factor associations, and a night log on one shareable page, clearly labelled as a self-report FREE AND PRO Free covers your first 14 nights, the full journal, and the snore-severity trend. SnoreNote Pro unlocks unlimited nights and history, the correlation insight cards and factor ranking, and the doctor-ready PDF export. INFORMATIONAL, PRIVATE, YOURS SnoreNote is an informational journal, not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat sleep apnea or any condition. Loud, frequent snoring with pauses in breathing can signal a treatable condition, so bring your record to a doctor. Everything stays on your iPhone: no account, no cloud, no tracking. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS SnoreNote Pro is offered monthly at $5.99 USD and yearly at $34.99 USD. A one-time Lifetime unlock is available for $79.99 USD.
