What’s inside: Attention Capture Tracker Quickly record moments when attention is pulled into anxiety, anger, boredom, waiting, self-importance, inner dialogue, or an external trigger. Observer Questions Short prompts help you look at the situation from the outside: What happened? Where is attention being pulled? What is fact, and what is only a scenario? Return Actions Choose a small action that helps create space: a quiet pause, a note, returning to your chosen task, widening attention, or consciously delaying a reaction. Focus Sessions Choose a task or intention and observe when attention starts to drift. The goal is not to blame yourself for distraction, but to better understand the movement of attention.
