mindhalt is the app for people who can't stop thinking. Your mind won't switch off. Conversations replay. Decisions stall. Sleep gets harder. mindhalt was built for exactly this. THIS APP IS FOR YOU IF: • Your thoughts run in circles instead of moving forward • You replay conversations and wish you'd said something different • You imagine everything that could go wrong • You get stuck on small decisions long after they should be made • Your mind races at night when you're trying to sleep • You feel anxious, drained, or disconnected from the present You are not alone. Research shows 73% of adults aged 25 to 35 report chronic overthinking. WHEN YOUR MIND WON'T STOP Whether you're replaying a conversation, spinning on a what-if, or frozen on a decision, mindhalt helps you work through it: • Loosen the grip of what you can't let go • Calm the worry that's running ahead of you • Get past a decision you can't seem to make You come out with a clearer head and a way forward. WORRY WINDOW A daily scheduled time-box for worry. Instead of carrying worry through every hour of your day, you let it wait for its window. When worry shows up, you dump it and move on with your day. When the window opens, you work through everything you've collected, in one focused stretch. A research-backed technique that keeps worry from crowding the rest of your day. INSTANT RELIEF For the moments your mind is racing and the volume is too loud. Between meetings, before bed, in the middle of overwhelm. A way to bring it back down. UNDERSTAND HOW YOUR MIND WORKS Short, progressive lessons rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Two of the most evidence-supported frameworks for overthinking and anxiety. Plain language. No clinical jargon. You learn what your mind is doing and the techniques that actually work. DAILY PLANNER A full planner built for anxious minds. Schedule the tasks you can act on. Capture the ones that don't need a time yet. Set routines and reminders. Worries that have an action become tasks in your day, so insight turns into movement, not more thinking. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your thoughts stay yours. mindhalt stores your data locally on your device by default. Optional encrypted cloud sync if you want it across phones. No ads. We never sell your data, share it with anyone, or use it for advertising. SUBSCRIPTION AND TERMS After you download mindhalt, you can unlock all features with a subscription. About

Overthinkr

Features

Overthinkr helps you spend less time stuck in your thoughts — with one small reset a day, and quick help the moment a loop starts. Not a journal you have to fill. Not hour-long routines. Three small things a day, most of them out in real life, and a short skill every other day. YOUR OWN PLAN Tell us how your mind gets stuck — replaying conversations, what-ifs, second-guessing decisions, reading into what people think, or a mind that won't switch off at night. Overthinkr builds your plan from your answers, and every day comes with a line written for your loop. ONE SMALL RESET A DAY Every day: three small, doable things and, every other day, one short skill — noticing when your brain is guessing, letting a thought pass, deciding with what you know. Tick them off in any order. No streak to lose: a missed day simply waits for you. WHEN YOUR MIND GETS LOUD • Untangle — write down what's taking up space in your head and get it sorted, in under a minute: what actually happened, what your mind added, what you can control, one thing to do now. • I'm spiraling — pick what's happening and get one tool for it. • Can't sleep — a quiet, dark two minutes for 2 a.m. • Thought Dump — put it all down, sort it yourself, let it go. • Nine more tools of one to three minutes: breathing, grounding, worry later, and others. IT KEEPS GOING Week one is the start. Continue into 14, 30, 60, 90 or 365 days on the same path — every day you've done comes with you. Add short five-day resets for the moments that need them (work stress, sleep, replaying conversations, a breakup) and seven-day life challenges that take you outside, off your phone, back to your hands and to people. SEE IT ADD UP Progress shows the days you showed up, how your mind felt across the week, and patterns in what you logged — real numbers from what you did, never a score or a diagnosis. Weekly Rewind looks back at your week. A home-screen widget keeps today's three things in view. PRIVATE BY DESIGN What you write is never stored on our servers — or sold. Untangle sends your words to be sorted and keeps none of them. Everything else stays on your phone. Overthinkr is a wellness tool, not therapy. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. If you're in crisis, please contact a professional or emergency services. Overthinkr is a subscription app. Plans and prices are shown before you buy; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in your App Store settings.
