Know how you slept and how recovered you are, measured against your own normal, and finally see what your habits do to it. NeuroRest turns the nights your Apple Watch records into a morning Readiness score, a Sleep score and a few plain words about how your body is doing. Tag your evening (a drink, a late dinner, a hard workout, a stressful day) and it shows what each one does to your next morning. WHAT YOUR HABITS DO Plenty of apps let you tag a night. NeuroRest tells you whether the tag mattered, and how sure it is. - Each habit is ranked by what it does to your next-morning Readiness, HRV and heart rate, with a confidence level it has to earn: enough nights with it and without, tested so a lucky streak can't pass. - A day you didn't log is unknown, not a clean night. A week you forgot to tag never counts as a week without wine. - Clean days leaves out alcohol and illness evenings, so they don't drown out everything else. TAGGING THAT FITS A REAL EVENING Quick-add timed to now, or leave it untimed; a 1 AM snack counts toward the evening before. Make your own tags, tag ahead for a trip, and see your tags on your HRV and across your day. DESIGNED FOR SERIES 12 AND ULTRA 4, BUT WORKS WITH ANY APPLE WATCH Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4 measure heart rate variability all night. NeuroRest is built around that: an overnight HRV curve, night-to-night HRV you can trust, and the full recovery picture. Older watches take a few HRV readings a night. Readiness, sleep, heart rate, Overnight Vitals and Daytime Balance all still work; a handful of HRV views need the newer watch, and the app tells you which. READINESS Each morning, from your sleeping heart rate, your lowest heart rate and your overnight HRV, each against your last 60 nights. Choose what drives it: Balanced, HRV-led or Heart-rate-led. BATTERY AND STRAIN A battery for your day at the top of Today. Your Readiness and last night's sleep set where it starts; every hour awake, your workouts and everyday activity drain it, and calm time slows the drain. Tap it to see what moved it, hour by hour. Strain shows everything that raised your heart rate, against your usual day and your usual week. SLEEP How long and how soundly you slept, against your own nights, not a population average. Deep, REM and light sleep, time awake and wake-ups, and your heart rate and HRV through the night. Sleep History compares time asleep, deep and REM, HRV and heart rate week over week, month over month or year over year, and scrolls back through every night you've recorded. OVERNIGHT VITALS Sleeping heart rate, HRV, wrist temperature, breathing rate and breathing disturbances, each against your own range. When several are off at once the night reads Strained, and NeuroRest lets you know. RECOVERY TREND One line, one word: Run down, Fair, Solid, Strong or Prime. Your last three weeks of HRV and lowest heart rate against your own past year, so real progress stays visible for months. Swipe back through it, and see where you were three months ago. DAYTIME BALANCE Stress, restorative and active minutes across your day, from your watch's heart rate and motion. MINDFUL SESSIONS A breathing pacer, with your heart rate and HRV during the session and how they compare with before. REPORTS A monthly report, a weekly summary, a PDF to share with your clinician, and a full export of your data. BEDTIME A wind-down reminder built from the time you actually go to bed. FREE, PRIVATE, NO ACCOUNT No subscription, no ads, no in-app purchases, no tracking. Your health data stays on your iPhone. If you choose, your tags are backed up to your own private iCloud, which only you can see. WHAT YOU NEED An iPhone and an Apple Watch worn to bed, with Sleep tracking turned on in the Health app. Scores start after 14 nights and settle by 30; NeuroRest can use the nights your watch has already recorded. NeuroRest is for general wellness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

Choose a rest timer that fits your available break after reserving wind-down and return time. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Plan and tap Fit My Break. 2. Set the date and time you need to be ready, plus your wind-down and return buffers. 3. Choose a timer that fits, review its schedule and start the actual rest countdown. The existing nap picker, countdown controls, history and reference guide remain available. WHAT TO KNOW The timer tracks elapsed rest, not actual sleep. Buffer choices do not guarantee falling asleep or waking on time. Pausing or delaying a timer can overrun the plan. Use a device alarm for a hard deadline. This is time planning, not medical advice. iPhone and iPad.
