Earn your screen time, one pushup at a time. RepBlock puts a pause between reaching for your phone and opening your favorite distractions. Choose the apps, categories, or websites you want to block. When you want access, do pushups to earn app time. HOW IT WORKS • Choose what to block with Apple's Screen Time controls. • Complete a pushup challenge. Your camera counts the reps. • Use your earned minutes right away or save them in your time bank. • When your unlock time ends, your selected apps lock again automatically. MOVE FIRST, SCROLL LATER Make a quick movement break part of your phone routine. Instead of opening an app out of habit, take a moment to decide whether you want to earn time for it. SAVE TIME FOR LATER You don't have to start scrolling as soon as you finish a challenge. Save your earned minutes and use them when you need them. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Keep track of your reps, earned minutes, and daily and weekly progress. Build a routine you can see taking shape. YOUR CAMERA STAYS PRIVATE Pushup detection runs on your device. RepBlock does not record, store, or upload camera photos or videos. SUBSCRIPTION RepBlock is free to download. A subscription is required for full access to app blocking, pushup challenges, automatic relocking, stats, and premium features. Available plans and any trial offer are shown in the app before you subscribe. Choose your distractions. Do the reps. Earn your time.
