About

Physmo

Physmo helps you stay on track with your rehabilitation β€” wherever you are. Your physiotherapist sets your personalised recovery plan. You open the app, follow along, and let the camera do the measuring. Physmo uses pose estimation technology to track your movement in real time, capturing the exact data your clinician needs to monitor your progress accurately. NO MORE GUESSING Instead of estimating how far your shoulder moved or whether your squat form improved, Physmo records objective joint angles and range of motion metrics after every session. Your physiotherapist sees the same numbers you do. HOW IT WORKS 1. Your clinician creates and assigns your rehabilitation plan 2. Open the app and select today's exercise 3. Position your device so the camera has a clear view 4. Perform the exercise β€” the app guides you through it 5. Your data is sent securely to your clinician's dashboard WHAT PHYSMO TRACKS Β· Range of motion per joint, per session Β· Joint angle measurements throughout each movement Β· Session-by-session progress over time Β· Your reported pain and difficulty levels BUILT FOR PATIENTS, LOVED BY CLINICIANS Your physiotherapist can review your recordings, analyse movement quality, and compare sessions across days and weeks β€” all without needing you to come in for every check-up. Physmo supports the relationship between you and your clinician, it doesn't replace it. Private, secure, and designed to help you recover smarter.

About

StrideMirror

Features

StrideMirror turns a short walking clip into a clear picture of how you move β€” entirely on your phone. Record 10–30 seconds of yourself walking, and StrideMirror uses Apple's on-device body-pose detection to extract movement metrics: cadence, stride time, step symmetry, knee flexion, trunk lean, and more. Watch how your walking rhythm changes over time on a simple trend chart. Built for people who are curious about their own movement β€” runners checking form, older adults staying active, anyone recovering from a long sit at a desk. StrideMirror is a personal observation tool, not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. WHY STRIDEMIRROR β€’ Private by design β€” all video processing happens on your iPhone. Nothing is ever uploaded. There is no account to create, no email to give, no analytics, no advertising IDs. β€’ Truly free β€” no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no ads. Ever. β€’ On-device intelligence β€” uses Apple Vision's body-pose model. No internet connection required after install. β€’ Bilingual β€” full English and Simplified Chinese support. HOW IT WORKS 1. Film. Prop your phone up about 3 meters away and record yourself walking past it for 10–30 seconds, ideally from the side. 2. Analyze. Tap import. The app finds your body keypoints frame-by-frame and computes spatial-temporal gait parameters. 3. Observe. Get a single overall walking-function score (0–4), a balance reference, and a breakdown of individual metrics. Save it to your local history and watch the trend. WHAT YOU SEE β€’ Cadence (steps per minute) β€’ Stride time and stride-time variability β€’ Step and swing symmetry β€’ Knee flexion range β€’ Trunk lean and lateral sway β€’ Arm-swing asymmetry β€’ A simple "walking function" score from 0 (steady) to 4 (markedly unsteady) β€’ Trend chart of your most recent walks PRIVACY StrideMirror is built around one rule: your video never leaves your phone. The app has no backend. There are no servers, no cloud, no syncing. Your walking history lives in this app's local storage and goes away if you delete the app. Read the full policy at https://ieaglez.github.io/StrideMirror/privacy.html LIMITATIONS StrideMirror works best with side-view clips of normal indoor or outdoor walking. Loose clothing, very low light, multiple people in frame, or extreme camera angles will reduce accuracy. The app may decline to score a clip when it cannot detect a clear walking pattern. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE StrideMirror is for personal interest only. It does not diagnose any condition and is not a substitute for evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional. If you have any concerns about your walking or balance, please consult a clinician. REQUIREMENTS β€’ iOS 17 or later β€’ A real device with the Apple Vision body-pose model (the iOS Simulator is not supported) We hope you enjoy watching how you move. Feedback is welcome at eaglez@outlook.com.
