Versafit is an AI powered workout builder for people who want a solid session without spending time on planning. You tell the app what you have available and how you like to train. Versafit then builds a complete workout for you, which you can tweak before you start and adjust while you train. WHAT YOU SET UP • Create equipment presets such as Gym or Home so the app always knows what gear it can use. • Add basic info about yourself like experience level and goals. • Choose preferences like warmup length, cooldown, workout duration and intensity. • All setup is optional. You can skip straight to generating a workout if you want. HOW WORKOUTS ARE GENERATED • Tap Create workout to get a full session in a few seconds. • The workout includes warmup, main exercises and cooldown. • Exercises are listed with sets and reps in a simple list so you can scan the whole session quickly. • Versafit uses AI to pick exercises and volumes based on your gear, goal and preferences instead of a fixed template. EDITING THE WORKOUT • Every exercise has an option for swapping it with alternatives that fill the same role in the workout. • You can add extra exercises if there is something specific you want to do. • You can remove any exercise you do not want to keep. • You keep the overall structure but can make the session feel like your own. TRAINING WITH THE APP • Start workout to go into a focused training view. • Tick off sets as you complete them so you do not lose your place. • Change reps and add or remove sets on the fly when you need to. • Use the built in timer so you do not have to juggle another app. AFTER YOU ARE DONE • See a short summary of the workout you just finished. • Your sessions are saved in a log so you can scroll back and see what you actually did. • The overview screen shows totals like number of workouts and total time trained. PRICING AND ACCESS • Download the app for free and try a limited number of generated workouts. • A subscription unlocks ongoing AI powered workout generation and access to your history. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your App Store account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Versafit is for people who know they should train, know roughly what they like, and want the planning handled in a few seconds by AI. Built by a personal trainer around the question clients ask more than any other: when am I supposed to add weight? Bump is a workout tracker built around one idea: you should always know exactly when to add weight. Some lifters guess. Bump doesn't. Work from 3×8 up to 3×12 at the same weight, and when all three sets reach twelve, Bump shows that a weight increase is ready. Finish Workout saves the final result so the next session starts heavier. Lifters call it double progression. You'll call it the Bump. SMART PROGRESSION, DONE FOR YOU • Movement-aware weight jumps: +10 lb on heavy lower-body compounds, +5 lb on other compounds, +2.5 lb on isolation work • The next target is always pre-filled — walk in, lift, check it off • Ghost pre-fill shows last session's numbers right in the entry box • Optional warm-up suggestions stay separate from your three working sets PLANS THAT FIT YOUR WEEK • Two schedules: 2-day full body, or 3-day upper/lower/full body • Each comes in Foundation and Build — four movements a day, or five drawn from a different exercise pool • Read every day and every exercise before you commit, Pro plans included • Train the day you want: tap the day name to skip ahead or repeat one • Core is programmed twice a week, not bolted onto every session • Switch plans anytime — your working weights come with you • Or skip plans entirely: Custom Workouts with unlimited sets TRACK WHAT'S ACTUALLY CHANGING • Progress charts for every lift — watch the working weight climb • Optional body tracking: bodyweight, body fat %, and tape measurements • History keeps every session: duration, sets, volume, and the bumps you earned BUMP PRO — ONE PURCHASE • Build plans: five movements a day from a different exercise pool, on the same 8–12 progression rule as the free plans • Custom plan builder: assemble and name your own programs • IRON and PULSE themes, each with a matching home-screen icon • Apple Health sync for finished workouts, body weight, and body fat % • Buy it once. No subscription, ever. YOURS. ACTUALLY YOURS. • No account, no sign-in, no subscription • Everything stays on your phone — nothing is collected, ever • Export your complete training log to CSV anytime Weights in lb or kg. Works fully offline. iPhone, iOS 17 or later. Bump provides general fitness information, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program.
