Tiny Roots is designed to support patients undergoing IVF by providing practical information and guidance that may not always be readily available from doctors or medical staff. The app is simple to use: after downloading, create a profile by registering your name, email, and password. From there, select your current stage in the IVF process to personalize your experience. For example, if you are in the pre-IVF stage, you’ll begin with the period tracker, which helps you log important details and share them with your doctor. When you reach the retrieval and lab stage, the app’s calendar feature allows you to schedule appointments and receive reminders. When you start stimulation shots—which trigger follicle development for egg maturation—the calendar ensures you never miss a medication or appointment. When you reach the retrieval stage, Tiny Roots helps you follow the daily AI prediction progress of your embryos, keeping you informed and providing peace of mind during this important phase. The app also encourages daily journaling, giving you space to record how you’re feeling, whether it’s nausea, bloating, or cramping—and rate your mood on a scale from 1 (sad) to 5 (happy). Tiny Roots also offers Learning Modules that cover IVF Basics, Emotional Wellness, Nutrition, and Rest. If you have concerns or questions, Tiny Roots reminds you to reach out to your physician for guidance. The Tiny Roots app was created by veteran embryologist who explains, “I recognized the need for patients to have access to the information they deserve during such an uncertain time, giving them a sense of empowerment in a process that is also filled with hope.” Privacy Policy: https://tinyrootsapp.com/privacy-policy/ Terms & Conditions: https://tinyrootsapp.com/terms-of-service/

Menolora is a free, private menopause tracker for keeping your own record through perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. Log symptoms, cycle or bleeding changes, intensity, and notes in the moments that matter. Add more than one entry per day, if you need to. Keep treatment details — such as name, manufacturer, form, dose, schedule, and start or end dates — beside your symptom record. If you choose menopause as your stage, a Treatments tab takes the place of cycle tracking, so what you use stays one tap away. Optional on-device reminders can help you remember a schedule you chose. Menolora records what you enter; it does not verify medicines or doses, recommend a treatment, or tell you to change one. Share what you use, on your terms. Choose your current products, decide whether to include active ingredients, doses, and start dates, preview the card, then send it as an image or a link through WhatsApp, Messages, or another app. Your notes and symptoms are never included, and nothing is shared unless you choose to. See your timeline and compare the patterns in your own record over time. Treatment-period views place your entries beside the dates you recorded; they do not show a treatment’s effect or explain why symptoms changed. Preparing for a health visit? Create a focused two- or four-week PDF from your own entries and adapt optional conversation starters in your own words. Your record stays on your device. Menolora has no account and no cloud backup. If you delete the app, your records are permanently deleted and can’t be restored. Apple Health is optional. If you allow access, Menolora can read the sleep, heart-rate, and menstrual-flow data you choose to share alongside your entries. It never writes to Apple Health or iCloud. You can use all manual tracking without Apple Health. From Settings, read short, source-cited menopause information from The Menopause Society and ACOG. Educational content is not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. FEATURES • Free to use, with no account • 49 symptom choices across temperature, sleep, mood, focus, intimate and urinary, and body changes • Multiple entries per day, 1–10 intensity ratings, and notes • Cycle and bleeding tracking, with optional pain and symptom detail • Private treatment records, schedules, and on-device reminders • A dedicated Treatments tab when your stage is menopause • A share card for your current products, as an image or a link • Your timeline, symptom patterns, and treatment-period views • A private two- or four-week PDF for health visits • Optional, read-only Apple Health context • Turkish and English from first open • Light, dark, and system appearance Menolora is a personal self-tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. If you are concerned about a symptom, contact a qualified health professional.
