Your training plan was written before your week happened. PulseCoach reads your body's signals through Apple Health and tells you what kind of training day it is โ before you lace up. Every morning, one clear verdict from your heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep and training load: TRAIN โ you're ready. Do the session with confidence. ADAPT โ the signals are mixed. Here are better options. RECOVER โ your body needs the day. Here's how to keep moving. BRING YOUR PLAN WITH YOU Import your Runna, Coopah or TrainingPeaks sessions straight from your calendar, the distance, the target paces, the session structure. PulseCoach knows what today is supposed to be. Then it tells you whether today is the day for it. ADAPT THE SESSION, DON'T SKIP IT On the mornings you're not recovered, you don't get a red light and a shrug. You get real alternatives built around the session you were meant to do, a shorter version, a walk-run, a cross-training swap, each one showing what it preserves from the original. AFTER THE RUN Your route coloured by pace, with the climbs drawn underneath it. Heart rate zones, splits, cadence and form. How today compares to the last run like it. And the coach's read on what the session actually did for you. TELL IT WHERE IT HURTS Log a niggle and PulseCoach works around it, today's session and every one after, until you say it's better. Training guidance, never medical advice. ASK COACH Your on-demand AI running advisor. It has your vitals, your recent runs, your training load and your goal race, so the answers are about you, not generic advice from the internet. Plus weekly AI summaries of how your training is trending, and a vitals dashboard read against your own baselines rather than generic ranges. FREE vs PREMIUM Free users get: Daily readiness scores (TRAIN / ADAPT / RECOVER) Full vitals dashboard with trends and insights Training load monitoring (ACWR) Active recovery and workout adaptation suggestions Premium unlocks: AI-powered pre-run coaching insights Ask Coach - unlimited AI conversations about your training Weekly AI performance summaries with 12-week progress charts Full readiness analysis with personalised AI commentary Start with a 7-day free trial of Premium. PB-Runner is a running app that records your runs with the full depth your watch/phone can capture - pace, distance, splits, heart rate, and running-form metrics like power, ground contact time, vertical oscillation, stride length and cadence - and shows them in detail with route maps. - Record runs on Apple Watch (standalone, phone left at home) or on iPhone. - Garmin Support with PB-Runner ConnectIQ app - Detailed run breakdowns, route maps, and splits. - Create custom training schedules with AI you can follow on your wrist/phone with audio and haptic cues. - Recovery context from Apple Health (resting heart rate, sleep, HRV, VO2max). - An analytics dashboard on the web at pb-runner.com. - Share your run with a built-in editor for sharing your runs โ stats over the map or your photo, dragged into place and styled to match. Bring your own AI (optional): connect an AI you already use - Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or another - to your own training data and build your Athletes Profile so it can analyse your runs and help plan your sessions based on the athlete you are, not a generic runner in an age group . PB-Runner is the connector; the AI is your own separate subscription, and the app works fully without it. PB-Runner is free while we launch - record runs, sync across your devices, and see your stats. Connecting your own AI is included free for now but will become a paid option later; your recording and history stay free. Privacy: your health and location data is used only to run the features you use, never for advertising, and never sold. It is only shared with an AI when you explicitly choose to connect one.
