INSTALL ON YOUR KIDS DEVICE Chore Check helps families make sure chores actually get done — before the phone becomes the more interesting option. A parent picks which chores matter and photographs each one done properly. That photo becomes the answer key. When a chore is due, the apps the parent chose are locked. The child does the chore, takes a quick photo or short video, and Chore Check compares it to the parent's example. If it matches, those apps unlock for a free-time window the parent has set. If it doesn't, it says what still needs doing. No arguing about whether the room "counts" as clean. The photo settles it. HOW IT WORKS • A parent sets everything up behind a private PIN and takes an example photo of each chore done correctly. • The parent picks which apps get locked while a chore is outstanding, using Apple's own app picker. Learning and coding apps can be marked always allowed. • The child photographs the finished chore. • The app compares it to the parent's example and unlocks on a pass. FOR PARENTS • Weekly schedule — pick which days each chore is due. • A set amount of free time after every pass, and a countdown to finish a check. • Everything is behind a parent PIN, with an optional email reset if it's forgotten. BUILT WITH SAFETY IN MIND • Real emergencies always get through. Phone calls and texts are never blocked, and there's an emergency option a parent can see the usage count for. • Private by design. The parent PIN is stored scrambled on the device. Chore photos are used only to check that chore in the moment — they are not kept on our server. FREE FOR EVERY FAMILY Chore Check is free, with everything above included. It's paid for by ads on the parent screens behind the PIN — never on your child's screens, and never personalized. Terms of Use: https://chorecheck-judge-production.up.railway.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://chorecheck-judge-production.up.railway.app/privacy ADS (Google AdMob) Ads appear only behind the parent PIN: a banner at the bottom of Parent settings and the screens it opens, and a full-screen ad when a parent opens Parent settings, at most once every 3 minutes (never on the first visit). The child's screens — PIN pad and chore screen — never show or request an ad, and no ad is shown at app launch. Every request is tagged child-directed (COPPA) with a maximum content rating of General, so ads are not personalized. The app never requests App Tracking Transparency and does not track. HOW TO TEST THE APP IN ABOUT TWO MINUTES 1. Create any 4-digit parent PIN when asked. A "Recovery email" screen follows; to skip it, leave the field empty and tap Save. 2. Tap the gear icon (top right) and enter that PIN to reach Parent settings. The banner ad is at the bottom. 3. Under "Chores", tap "Take preset" on "Room chore" and photograph anything at all — your desk is fine. That photo is the reference the app will compare against. 4. Go back to the main screen and tap "Take photo". Photograph the SAME thing again. The app sends both to our server, compares them, and passes you. Photographing something clearly different fails it, which is also worth seeing. Any two photos of the same scene will pass — you do not need to clean a room. A camera is required; the feature cannot be exercised in the Simulator. This binary contains no VPN or Network Extension code, no PlugIns, and does not link NetworkExtension. GUIDELINE 5.2.1 — chorecheckapp.com chorecheckapp.com is this app's own official website, registered and owned by the submitter. It is not a third party's mark. PRIVACY Chore photos and videos are sent to our own server only to judge that one chore in the moment; they are not stored there and are not linked to any account. An email address is collected only if a parent opts into PIN recovery. Ad requests go to Google AdMob as described above.
