Meditation Voice

You sit down to meditate. Within 30 seconds, your brain starts shouting: Do not forget to email Sarah. Did you schedule that call? What is for dinner tonight? You try to let go. But the thought keeps coming back. Because part of you is afraid you will actually forget. This is why most people give up on meditation. Not because it is hard. Because their brain will not stop interrupting. Meditation Voice gives you a release valve for your racing mind. When a thought will not let go, tap once and whisper it. Email Sarah. Meditation Interval Timer.
Read full descriptionHide full description
A simple meditation interval timer. No accounts. No gamification. Create Routines with interval timers. You can choose the sound that plays at the end of the interval - as well as background noises during sessions - to help guide your practice. You can schedule reoccurring reminders to help structure your meditation habit. There is a 'Tips' section for getting started. THAT'S IT. In my practice, I like to set two 5 minute intervals. In the first 5 minutes, I keep my eyes half open, clear my head and focus on breathing. When the sound goes off, I close my and spend the last 5 minutes focusing on an aspect of my life that needs attention. After that sound, I take a few deep breaths to end my session and continue with the day. I hope this helps you. Simple. Clean. Everything you need for your meditation practice.
