The app enables SRs to manage agent operations, including virtual balance requests and transfers, agent verification, transaction tracking, and reconciliation. Built for FP CS Agent, the app supports secure login with OTP, session control, and PIN-based confirmations. SRs can monitor assigned agents, approve or reject money requests, perform physical verifications, manage reconciliation, view transaction history, and contact support—all from a single platform.
