Quit gambling. Block it. Stay free. GamX helps you quit for good: block gambling access, follow a 60-Day Protocol, and get tools the moment an urge hits. Session Radar names the risk before it peaks. Mental Model shows your mind rebuilding as clean days stack up. Today is the day you stop. We'll show you how. WHY GAMX WORKS Most "willpower" apps stop at motivation. GamX combines a real block, a daily plan, in-the-moment urge tools, and advance warning when risk is rising. GAMX SHIELD Block gambling apps and sites with Apple Screen Time. It survives browser clears and app reinstalls. A 48-hour removal cooldown means an urge cannot undo your progress in one tap. You pick exactly what is blocked. THE 60-DAY PROTOCOL One task a day. - Days 1-20: Awareness. Triggers, real cost, and how gambling hijacks your brain. - Days 21-40: Rewiring. New habits, thought challenges, coping plans, telling family. - Days 41-60: Fortification. Relapse prevention, emergency plan, new identity. Each task takes a few minutes and unlocks the next day. SESSION RADAR AND MATCH RADAR Know your risk before it arrives. Session Radar reads your patterns and names what is driving the level right now. Match Radar watches the clubs you follow and warns you before kickoff. Optional notifications when a high-risk window is opening. URGE SOS One tap on Home: tough-love clarity, breathing and grounding, your own values, a short Focus Lab game, then a reflection so the win sticks. By the end, the urge has usually passed. DAILY TOOLS Urge Surfing, breathing, grounding. Loss and odds tools. Thought Challenger, Play the Tape, coping and emergency plans. Daily Check-In, a private journal, and weekly reviews. Money: a short daily idea and a philosophy that grows with you. Focus Lab: prescribed games when you need a clean reset. PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE Days clean, money saved, urges resisted. Mental Model tracks seven capacities: urge, triggers, clarity, mood, money, structure, and support. Medals for real moments, not empty badges. Gem ranks from Raw Stone to Diamond. Calendar, charts, and brain recovery insights tied to days clean. AI COACH Talk or type. It helps you think through urges, slip-ups, family conversations, and what to do next. A Weekly Brief reads the last seven days: the win, the focus, and what's in play. It learns your triggers and check-ins, then gets sharper over time. ANONYMOUS COMMUNITY Wins, Strategies, Real Talk, and Money Talk (peer experience on debt and rebuilding, not investment tips). No real names. Real support. LIFE AFTER DAY 60 A personalised Maintenance Plan from your data, your strongest and weakest skills, and your high-risk days. Recovery is for life, and the app stays with you. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your journal, check-ins, and reflections live on your device. The community is anonymous. A NOTE ON SUPPORT GambleX is a recovery tool, not a substitute for professional help.
