About

Stillpoint

Features

Stillpoint is a private anxiety and panic tracker built for people who want to understand their own waves — not feed them to a server. A 30-second check-in turns vague anxiety into a number, a trigger, and a line to yourself. A panic-attack log captures the spike — intensity, duration, body symptoms, what helped — so the next one is less of a stranger. Over weeks, patterns become visible: which time of day spikes, which trigger keeps coming back, whether you're trending up or down compared to last month. CLINICAL CHECK-INS Two validated self-screens used by therapists worldwide, available right inside the app: • GAD-7 — Generalized Anxiety Disorder screen, seven questions, ~2 minutes. • PHQ-9 — depression check, nine questions, ~3 minutes. Take them weekly. Watch the score curve over months. Bring it to your therapist. BREATHWORK AND GROUNDING When the wave gets loud, six in-app techniques meet you where you are: • 4-7-8 Breath — relaxing pattern, helpful before sleep. • Box Breathing — even 4Ā·4Ā·4Ā·4 square used to reset focus. • Coherent Breathing — 5.5 in, 5.5 out, the heart-rate-variability sweet spot. • Physiological Sigh — the fastest evidence-backed way to take stress down in two breaths. • 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding — sensory walk-out for spirals and panic attacks. • 8-Minute Body Scan — slow attention from head to feet. CBT THOUGHT RECORD Situation, feeling, thought, reframe — four prompts turn a spiral into a sentence. The classic cognitive-behavioral exercise, made fast enough to actually use mid-anxiety. HISTORY AND INSIGHTS • Calendar heatmap of every day this month. • Daily-trend line, smoothed. • Distribution chart — how often each level shows up. • Top triggers, ranked. • Time-of-day chart so you can see when anxiety actually spikes. • Panic-episode log with duration and symptom history. • GAD-7 and PHQ-9 score timelines. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No accounts, no logins, no email required. • No analytics, no ads, no third parties. • Every check-in, panic log, assessment, thought record, and breath session is stored only on this iPhone. • CSV export any time — useful if you want to bring data to a therapist. SIRI SHORTCUTS "Hey Siri, log a check-in." "Hey Siri, start grounding." Run check-ins, breathing patterns, and grounding without unlocking the app — phrase-driven, with no menus in the way. PREMIUM Stillpoint is free to use forever. Premium unlocks: all six breathwork patterns, unlimited GAD-7 and PHQ-9 history, advanced insights (year and all-time ranges, trigger correlations, time-of-day chart), CSV export, and custom themes. Premium plans are shown with live App Store pricing before purchase: • Yearly: 7-day free trial, then auto-renews yearly unless cancelled. • Monthly: auto-renews monthly unless cancelled. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Stillpoint is for self-reflection. GAD-7 and PHQ-9 are widely used screening tools, not diagnoses. Stillpoint does not provide medical advice or replace therapy. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a mental-health helpline.
