Vela is a private PCOS symptom and period tracker. Record only what stands out today, see what keeps repeating in your own records, and bring clearer notes to your next appointment. No account. No fertility predictions. Nothing filled in for you. QUICK, OPTIONAL CHECK-INS Every field is optional. Note symptoms, energy, mood, sleep, cravings, movement, or a written note without answering anything unrelated. Whatever you skip stays blank, and Vela never records a default as though you chose it. On an ordinary day, tap "Nothing unusual today" straight from the reminder. PERIOD HISTORY WITHOUT GUESSWORK Save period start and end dates, plus optional flow, timing, symptoms, mood, and notes. Vela shows the cycle lengths your recorded dates produce and doesn't predict ovulation, fertile windows, or future periods, because irregular cycles make those estimates unreliable. PATTERNS YOU CAN CHECK After you've answered on a few different days, Vela shows how often a symptom, mood, or short night of sleep came up, over what timeframe, and out of how many days. It can also show when a symptom tends to appear within two days of your period starting. Several notes on one day still count as one day, and Vela never claims one thing caused another. APPOINTMENT SUMMARY Build a summary of the last 14 days: symptoms, energy, sleep and mood, your recorded cycle lengths, your medications and supplements, your notes, and questions you want to ask. Remove any section before you share it. The summary states plainly that it holds user-recorded information and is not a diagnosis. A WIDGET THAT KEEPS QUIET Add Vela to your Home Screen or Lock Screen to see whether today has a note and how many days this week do. The widget shows no symptoms, moods, or period information. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account is required. Your entries stay on your iPhone with iOS file protection unless you export them yourself. Apple Health access is optional and read-only, and Vela never writes to Health. You can export everything you've entered, or delete all of it, from You > Privacy and Data. FREE INCLUDES - One new check-in each day, and editing today's note - Symptom, mood, and period history logging - A medications and supplements list - Seven-day patterns, plus patterns around your period - The 14-day appointment summary, shared as plain text - The widget, a daily reminder, and core Library content PREMIUM ADDS - More than one check-in per day - 30-day, 90-day, and all-time pattern history - 30-day and 90-day appointment summaries - The appointment summary as a PDF - Expanded Library content Premium never rearranges the app or interrupts your first session. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS Vela Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or annually. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Account settings. Vela is a wellness and self-management tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, fertility forecasting, or emergency services. Always talk with a qualified clinician about your care.
