Route Studio is a next-generation routing app built for people who are tired of cycling and running the same roads over and over. Instead of tracing routes manually, you set the distance and dial in the personality of the ride: how punchy the climbing should be, whether you want straight or twisty roads, busy or quiet, paved or gravel, and more. Route Studio combines those preferences with detailed road and surface data to generate routes that feel intentional, varied, and genuinely interesting. Your route becomes the destination. Every time you generate, you can explore a new way out the door, whether that’s a fast local loop, a long scenic day on curvy back roads, or a point-to-point adventure between two nearby pins that somehow turns into a perfect 100-mile route. Under the hood, Route Studio runs on a large computing platform that searches across massive areas (from your neighborhood to an entire region or state), balancing multiple metrics to build routes that match your preferences: scenery, elevation, road type, surface (paved vs. gravel), traffic levels, curvature, and more. The result is a route that feels deliberate and perfectly tuned throughout. Key features * AI-assisted route generation for cycling, running, and driving * Route preferences for scenery, elevation, road type, surface, and overall “feel” * Loop from a given start, “best loop in area,” and point-to-point routes, including long routes between nearby start/end points * Turn-by-turn navigation so you can follow your route directly on your device * Easy export and download to other apps and devices (GPX, turn-by-turn PDF, and more) This app uses the most comprehensive paved and unpaved road surface dataset, along with proprietary scenic and curvature data created specifically for this purpose and used exclusively within the app. Premium subscription A Premium subscription unlocks the full Route Studio experience: * Unlimited route generations * Access to advanced route preferences and long-distance, scenic routing * Full point-to-point routing with your chosen distance and style Route Studio is built for cyclists, runners, and drivers who want their routes to be more than just the shortest path from A to B. If you like the idea that “your route is your destination,” and you want every ride, run, and drive to have something new, this app is for you. Most people only read the first three lines before they decide. These three carry the pitch. Rove is a navigation app for people who just want to get where they're going. There are no ads, you never make an account, and the map stays out of your way. Talk to it Tap the orb and say what you want. "Take me to the nearest Starbucks." "Is Chipotle open?" "Add a gas stop." Rove understands normal sentences, so you aren't digging through menus while you drive. Parking before you get there Tap P and Rove shows lots, garages and street parking near where you're headed, with walk times, and prices when they're known. Pick one and it reroutes you straight to it. When you park, Rove remembers the spot and walks you back to it later. Places, with the useful stuff up front Every place opens to its hours, a live drive time, call and website buttons, photos, and the things people actually ask about, like drive-thru, parking and payment options. Landmarks come with their history too. Routes and traffic Compare routes side by side with live traffic. Set a later departure time and Rove estimates the drive for when you'll actually leave. Skip tolls, highways or ferries in one tap. Navigation Clear voice guidance in the voice you pick, a smooth map that stays on the road with you, and fast rerouting when you miss a turn. Rove turns your music down while it talks and back up when it's done. CarPlay Search, favorites, nearby places, parking and turn-by-turn on your car's screen. Mars Mode For no practical reason, you can drive on Mars. Flip it on and the whole map turns red, with a little rover as your puck. Your data stays yours No sign-up and no ads. Rove doesn't keep your location history or searches on a server.
