You spend most of your day sitting. You know walking is good for you, but between work, meetings, and life, it’s easy to forget. And most fitness apps ask for a big commitment: workout plans, memberships, calorie counting. Steps Widget asks for much less. It puts your step count where your eyes already go, on your Home Screen, Lock Screen, and StandBy, and gives you a gentle nudge only when you’ve been sitting a little too long. Not every hour. Not on a fixed schedule. A few hundred extra steps here and there soon become part of your day, and those small moments add up. You don’t need to become a different person. Just move a little more today than yesterday. That’s how healthy habits begin. DESIGN IT YOUR WAY A step counter you find ugly ends up on page three, and a buried reminder is no reminder. The style editor lets you pick colors, gradients, and layouts, give light and dark mode their own look, and save your favorite styles to reuse on any widget. NEW: STYLE FROM A PHOTO Pick a photo you love. Steps Widget can pull a matching color palette from it, or place the photo right behind your step count. Drag and pinch to frame it, then adjust blur and tone. THE SMART NUDGE When glancing isn’t enough, Nudge steps in. Instead of an hourly buzz you’ll mute within a week, it learns your routine right on your device and shows up once, only when you’ve actually gone still. One nudge, when it’s earned, and nothing otherwise. KEY FEATURES • Beautiful Widgets: For Home Screen, Lock Screen, and StandBy. • Style Editor: Colors, gradients, and light and dark looks, saved as your own styles. • Photo Styles: Turn any photo into a palette or a widget background. • Smart Nudges: Learns your routine and alerts you only when you’re inactive, not on someone else's schedule. • Standalone Apple Watch App: Runs on its own, with complications, progress rings, and move reminders on your wrist. • Guilt-Free Tracking: No streaks to lose, no maps, no noise. Just a clean step counter. NO GPS. BARELY ANY BATTERY. Your iPhone already counts steps with its built-in motion sensors through Apple Health. Steps Widget simply shows that data—no background GPS location tracking, no constant polling, no battery drain. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health data stays on your device. The app collects no personal identity information. FREE TO START Default widget styles and goal reminders are free. A subscription is only needed when you want to change your style with the style editor or photo styles. See your steps, get a gentle nudge. Move a little more every day. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Can I set my own daily walking goal? Yes. Pick the number of steps a day that suits you, and the progress ring fills as you walk toward it. Can it remind me to move if I've been sitting too long? Yes. With the Nudge feature, Steps Widget nudges you when you've been still for a while or you're falling behind your daily goal. Do I need an Apple Watch? No. Steps Widget works on iPhone alone using Apple Health step data. With an Apple Watch you also get complications and move reminders on your wrist. Does it show steps in StandBy mode? Yes. Turn your charging iPhone sideways and your step count and progress ring appear in StandBy. About

Dozer

Features

Dozer turns your night into a morning you can actually read — with a watch or ring, or with nothing but your iPhone. Apple Health shows the raw numbers. Dozer is the layer on top: a plain-language morning report, your sleep debt over time, an energy forecast for the day, snore detection with playback (Dozer+), streaks that never guilt you, and a silent wrist alarm that picks a light-sleep moment before your set time — you wake gently, and nobody else in the bed wakes at all. NO WEARABLE? DOZER STILL WORKS • Dozer builds an estimated night from what your iPhone already noticed — the in-bed record your Apple sleep schedule keeps, an overnight Night Listening session, or both • One tap confirms the window, or you adjust it yourself — you stay the authority on your own night • Time in bed, your morning check-in, your tags and what the night sounded like, all on the same card • Estimated nights appear in Trends as lighter bars and count toward bedtime consistency • No sleep score, sleep stages or heart rate on an estimated night — those come from a sensor on your body, and Dozer doesn't invent them. Sleep debt, streaks and the energy curve are built on the score, so they wait for a tracker too • If a tracker later reports the same night, it replaces the estimate A tracker adds more: any watch, ring or band that saves sleep to Apple Health — Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop, Withings, Garmin, Polar, Amazfit — brings sleep stages, overnight heart rate and HRV, and a sleep score. (Fitbit and Samsung watches keep sleep in their own apps and don't write it to Apple Health. The silent wrist alarm is the one part that needs an Apple Watch.) YOUR MORNING, EXPLAINED • A sleep score and a warm one-line read of the night (wearable nights) • Sleep debt, tracked over a rolling two weeks • Today's energy curve, built from last night (Dozer+) • Daytime naps counted as their own sleep, with their own detail • A dream note, one tap from the night it belongs to — free, kept on your iPhone, and never part of an export or a feedback message NIGHTS, HANDLED • Night Listening counts snoring sounds — analyzed on your iPhone, and the audio never leaves it (results with Dozer+) • Sound clips of the snoring and talking it hears, kept on your phone and removed on the schedule you pick in Settings (7, 14, 30, or 90 days) — switch them off any time • Wind-down soundscapes that fade out on their own A GENTLER WAKE-UP • A silent tap on your wrist, timed to a light-sleep moment in the window before your set time — no sound, no waking your partner • A recurring schedule that re-arms itself — set it once (Dozer+) PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE No accounts. No analytics. No ads. Your sleep is processed on your devices and stays there — it only ever leaves if you choose to share it yourself, whether attaching a night to a feedback message or sharing a screenshot. Dozer+ is one purchase, yours forever — no subscription required. Dozer is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
