ProAct is a migraine and headache tracker built for bad days. Log an attack in one tap, see what last night's sleep, HRV and heart rate looked like each morning, and walk into your next appointment with a clear report. LOG IN ONE TAP With ProAct Pro, add the Quick Log widget to your Home Screen and log a migraine without opening the app, even mid-attack. Add intensity, symptoms and what came before it when you feel better. A MORNING LOOK AT LAST NIGHT Each morning, ProAct reads last night's sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate from Apple Health, along with barometric pressure where you are. It compares them with your own normal and your recent attacks, then tells you what stood out and why. SEE YOUR PATTERNS Log what came before each attack: stress, sleep, food, weather, hormonal shifts and more. Over time ProAct shows which triggers keep showing up in your own history, on a calendar and in clear charts. REPORTS FOR YOUR DOCTOR Turn your logs into a one-page PDF: how many attacks, how severe, how long, and which triggers came up most. Share it before or during your appointment. CYCLE TRACKING, IF YOU WANT IT If you track a menstrual cycle, ProAct can read cycle dates from Apple Health and show whether attacks cluster around a period. It only asks once, and it is off unless you turn it on. A CALM ROUTINE WHEN IT HITS Follow the guided 5-4-3-2-1 grounding routine, one step at a time, with a timer. WORKS WITH OR WITHOUT A WATCH Apple Watch data makes the morning outlook richer, but ProAct works with manual logging alone. PRIVACY No account required. Raw Apple Health samples stay on your iPhone. On supported iPhones the outlook is written on-device with Apple Intelligence. Otherwise, a summary of your metrics (averages, never raw readings) is sent securely to write it, and you can turn AI off in Settings. ProAct is a tracking and self-awareness tool. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to your doctor about your migraines. SUBSCRIPTION New subscribers get a free 7-day trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
