Free, no account, no ads. Point the camera at a plate, and BoostT1D estimates the carbs. Pulls readings from Dexcom Share, LibreLinkUp or Nightscout. Built by a 17-year-old who has had Type 1 since he was 17 months old. CONNECTS TO THE SETUP YOU ALREADY HAVE Bring in readings from Nightscout, Dexcom Share, LibreLinkUp, or manually. Readings are stored on your device, so your history is there even when the connection isn't. ESTIMATE CARBS FROM A PHOTO Take a picture of your plate and get a carb estimate with the reasoning behind it, plus protein, fat, and fiber, a confidence level, and notes on what was assumed. You can edit every value before you save. The estimate is a starting point, not the last word, and you record what you actually ate. SEE THE PATTERNS, NOT JUST THE NUMBERS BoostT1D looks across your recent days for things worth noticing and explains what it found in plain language. Every pattern shows how often it actually happened ("4 of 7 days"), what may have contributed, and questions worth raising with your care team. Nothing is asserted without the days behind it. WALK INTO YOUR APPOINTMENT PREPARED Turn weeks of data into a report you can hand over: • What changed since last time — time in range, average glucose, variability, low episodes • Recurrent high and low periods by time of day • Day-by-day insulin, carbs, and time in range • Weekday versus weekend comparison • Your full therapy settings — basal, carb ratio, correction factor, targets • Space for the questions you want answered, saved between visits Export the whole thing as a PDF and email it ahead, or hand it over on the day. ALSO IN THE APP • Blood glucose history • A weekly "What Happened?" review — summary, patterns, and a day-by-day breakdown • Food log with your meal history and carb totals WHAT BOOSTT1D IS NOT BoostT1D is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations, and it does not tell you how much insulin to take. It is an educational tool to help you understand your data and prepare for conversations with your healthcare team. Always consult your healthcare provider. BUILT FROM LIVED EXPERIENCE BoostT1D was created by a teen diagnosed with Type 1 at 17 months old, who wanted the app he couldn't find: one that answered "why did this happen?" instead of only recording that it did. Congressional App Challenge National Winner. MIT Solve — AI for a Better World Grand Prize Winner. There's a community side too, at www.boostt1d.com — peer buddies, volunteers, and resources for anyone newly diagnosed.

2Failure is built on one idea: every working set goes to failure, and the weight follows what actually happened. Tell it what you're training for, how old you are, how experienced you are, and how often you train, and it writes your week: a Push/Pull/Legs split pulled from a 3,000+ movement bank. Every working set is taken to RIR 0, your rep window comes from your goal (8-12 to build muscle, 5-8 to get stronger, 10-15 in a deficit), and hitting the top of it at failure moves the weight up next time. No plates math, no guessing. Double progression does it for you. Thirteen machines are filmed on a real gym floor, and the footage is the page you log on: the movement plays edge to edge, one set open at a time, weight scrubbed on a strip, reps as a row of numerals, DONE. An intelligence page says what to train today and why, shows the week in figures, and can write the review on device with Apple Intelligence. Beat Last Time sits beside every target. When a set falls short, the next loads adjust. When something hurts, the pain flow pauses the movement and finds you another. Short on time, the 30-minute mode trims the session. Training with someone, two phones share the plan and the rest clock over an encrypted local link. Training isn't the whole story. 2Failure scores training, food, and sleep together, because a perfect week in the gym on five hours of sleep and 60g of protein isn't actually a perfect week. Log meals the way you log sets, measure your maintenance from your own logbook, and see the body as a 3D figure with every muscle tinted by how recovered it is. An Apple Watch app rides along on your wrist. Log sets, see your target reps and rest timer, and check your week without pulling out your phone. 2Failure is local-first and stays that way: it works offline, with no account, forever. Your training never leaves your phone. Free, and staying free: the exercise bank, the workout generator, logging, double progression, the recovery model, weekly targets, templates, and CSV/JSON export. 2Failure Pro adds the analysis layer: the full workout report, gains score history, and two-way Apple Health sync. Three months free, then $7.99 a month on 2failure.com. Cancel any time, and nothing you logged is taken away. No ads. No social feed. No streaks to guilt you back in. Just the next set, and whether it actually reached failure.
