TRAINING THAT KNOWS WHEN YOU'RE COOKED A workout log records what you did. GymHack reads what it's doing to you. NO ACCOUNT. EVER. Open the app and train. No email, no signup wall, no "create an account to continue." Your data lives on your device, backed up to your own iCloud. BUILT FOR YOUR GYM, NOT A GENERIC ONE Every gym is different. Yours has that one plate-loaded machine nobody else stocks, or a cable setup with its own quirks. GymHack lets you add your own exercises and your own machines — name them, photograph them, tell the app what they count as, and train with them like any built-in movement. And your AI Coach — a PRO feature, currently in beta — knows about them. Ask it to build a session around what your gym actually has, and it programs with your custom machines and exercises — not a stock library that pretends every gym is identical. FREE, AND ACTUALLY FREE • Unlimited workouts, sets, supersets and rest timers • 430+ exercises with images, cues and muscle maps • Per-set RPE, drop sets, warm-up sets, failure sets • Add 5 custom exercises and 2 custom machines • Build weekly plans, or generate one automatically • Periodization phases that coach you mid-workout • Progress charts for every exercise — volume, max weight, estimated 1RM, PR history • Guided 1RM testing • Cardio and HIIT — add a smartwatch for 5-zone heart-rate training • A 53-badge collection to chase • Pre-workout readiness check before every session • Free iCloud backup of your workout history and body stats ON YOUR WRIST — THE WHOLE APP, FREE Run entire workouts from your wrist. PRO — SEE WHAT TRAINING IS DOING TO YOU Logging tells you what you lifted. PRO tells you what it cost. • Your whole gym — up to 200 custom exercises and 50 custom machines • AI Coach that programs around your equipment and your history — runs privately on iPhones with Apple Intelligence (beta) • Recovery and readiness — which muscles are ready, which need rest • Training load — acute, cumulative and systemic fatigue, including CNS overreaching • Muscle profile — 16 muscles tracked with personalized volume targets • Strength progress — every muscle, over time, with full analysis • Left/right asymmetry detection • Weight, body-fat, calorie and heart-rate trends with plateau detection • Nutrition targets that flex on training vs rest days Try PRO free for 14 days. 2Failure is built on one idea: every working set goes to failure, and the weight follows what actually happened. Tell it what you're training for, how old you are, how experienced you are, and how often you train, and it writes your week: a Push/Pull/Legs split pulled from a 3,000+ movement bank. Every working set is taken to RIR 0, your rep window comes from your goal (8-12 to build muscle, 5-8 to get stronger, 10-15 in a deficit), and hitting the top of it at failure moves the weight up next time. No plates math, no guessing. Double progression does it for you. Thirteen machines are filmed on a real gym floor, and the footage is the page you log on: the movement plays edge to edge, one set open at a time, weight scrubbed on a strip, reps as a row of numerals, DONE. An intelligence page says what to train today and why, shows the week in figures, and can write the review on device with Apple Intelligence. Beat Last Time sits beside every target. When a set falls short, the next loads adjust. When something hurts, the pain flow pauses the movement and finds you another. Short on time, the 30-minute mode trims the session. Training with someone, two phones share the plan and the rest clock over an encrypted local link. Training isn't the whole story. 2Failure scores training, food, and sleep together, because a perfect week in the gym on five hours of sleep and 60g of protein isn't actually a perfect week. Log meals the way you log sets, measure your maintenance from your own logbook, and see the body as a 3D figure with every muscle tinted by how recovered it is. An Apple Watch app rides along on your wrist. Log sets, see your target reps and rest timer, and check your week without pulling out your phone. 2Failure is local-first and stays that way: it works offline, with no account, forever. Your training never leaves your phone. Free, and staying free: the exercise bank, the workout generator, logging, double progression, the recovery model, weekly targets, templates, and CSV/JSON export. 2Failure Pro adds the analysis layer: the full workout report, gains score history, and two-way Apple Health sync. Three months free, then $7.99 a month on 2failure.com. Cancel any time, and nothing you logged is taken away. No ads. No social feed. No streaks to guilt you back in. Just the next set, and whether it actually reached failure.
