About

Amara

Menopause is a season, not the end of your story. Amara is a daily companion for Christian women going through perimenopause and menopause. It meets you each morning with a short check-in, gives you a verse for where you are, and stays with you on the nights you can't sleep. THE PASSAGE Your journey is shown as five stages, each one guided by a woman of the Bible: Sarah, Naomi, Hannah, Elizabeth and Anna. The stages follow your periods, and a simple counter tracks the 12 months without a period that mark the crossing. No false promises, just an honest map of where you are. EVERY DAY IN YOUR PROGRAM - Morning check-in: one minute to note how you slept, the heat, and how your head feels - A verse for your stage, chosen for this season of your life - Night pages: quiet words and Scripture for when you're awake at night - Your mosaic: each morning you show up lays a new tile - For your husband: a page that helps him understand and support you Sarah laughed when she heard she would carry new life late in her years. Naomi asked to be called bitter. Hannah prayed through her tears. Their stories show the way through, and you are not walking it alone. Amara does not give medical advice. Talk to your doctor about your symptoms and treatment. SUBSCRIPTION Amara offers auto-renewable subscriptions: yearly with a 7-day free trial, or monthly. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. About

Shh.Kit

Features

The Shh.Kit app helps girls feel prepared for and confident about their first period. It provides facts about body changes, period-related symptoms and products, and tracks monthly cycles so users aren’t caught off guard when their periods arrive. It also provides parents peace of mind through transparent, accurate information. A COMPANION TO THE PHYSICAL SHH.KIT The Shh.Kit App is the digital companion to The Shh.Kit β€” a period starter kit β€” created by girls, for girls. Co-founders Grace and Lydia launched the company at eleven years old before starting fifth grade. The idea was born out of frustration when they couldn't find a convenient, on-the-go period kit for their backpacks. Realizing that their friends were going through the same thing they created The Shh.Kit. The app works completely on its own β€” you don't need to buy anything. Any link out of the app sits behind a parental gate. Prepared with Purpose. For every kit purchased, we donate to children experiencing housing insecurity at Horizons for Homeless Children. FEATURES β€’ Clear, age-appropriate answers about first periods, cycle length, flow, cramps and mood changes β€” written for girls aged 11 to 14 and not adapted down from adult material. β€’ A guide to menstrual products: pads, tampons, period underwear and more, so she can work out what suits her. β€’ A private cycle tracker for flow, symptoms and mood, with a gentle estimate of when her next period might arrive. β€’ Optional reminders three days before and the day before, so you can pack your bag rather than be surprised. β€’ A short quiz that teaches rather than tests β€” a wrong answer explains the right one. BUILT FOR PRIVACY, NOT AROUND IT There is no account and no sign-up. There are no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking of any kind. The app makes no network requests at all β€” it works fully in airplane mode. Everything you log is only stored on your personal device. We cannot see your data because we never receive it. Delete the app and it is gone. CYCLE INSIGHTS Early cycles are irregular, and the app states this. Rather than a confident countdown that leads to questioning whether your body is β€œnormal”, Shh.Kit shows a date range which becomes more precise as more cycles are logged. Throughout, anything that warrants medical attention points you to a parent, guardian, school nurse or healthcare provider. This app is a companion to those conversations, not a replacement for them. DISCLAIMER: Shh.Kit is an educational app and a companion to conversations with a parent, guardian or healthcare provider. It does not provide medical advice.
