If you train with kettlebells, Bellmade is for you! Every morning, you'll be greeted with a fresh and free kettlebell workout of the day. No credit card or trial required. Bellmade was built by Eric Spector (@ericdoeskettlebell), and the workouts are a reflection of his own hybrid training style. It's a mix of hypertrophy, full-body strength, calisthenics, and intense conditioning. Most workouts average about 30-45 minutes, depending on your speed. Bellmade does NOT have follow-along workouts. The UI of this app is intentionally made for you to do them at your own pace, without requiring you to stare at your phone. Workouts will occasionally feature rest timers or session timers (such as EMOMs, AMRAPs, etc.), which help guide sessions along. The timers run with subtle audio tones that gently play alongside your music or podcasts without interruption. If you're confused about any movements within a workout, you can simply tap the exercise name and a form reference video plays without pulling you out of the workout. Here’s a breakdown of some of Bellmade’s features: WORKOUT OF THE DAY A new kettlebell workout every day. Open the app and start. QUICKIE Need a custom workout right now, without building one first? Quickie lets you add exercises on the fly, log them as you go, and save the session for your records. STRUCTURED PROGRAMS Follow multi-week strength programs that feature kettlebells, sandbags, steel maces, and calisthenics. Enroll, pause, resume, or restart on your own schedule. A Bellmade membership also lets you write up to three programs of your own. WORKOUT BUILDER Create custom workouts with sets, circuits, EMOMs, AMRAPs, intervals, ladders, complexes, chippers, and more. Save them to your library. WORKOUT QUEUE A Bellmade membership lets you add up to 10 workouts to an ordered queue. Your next workout is one tap from the homepage. EXERCISE LIBRARY Browse 140+ exercises filtered by equipment, movement pattern, and muscle group. Each one has a reference video and notes. ACTIVITY TRACKING A Bellmade membership keeps a monthly calendar of the days you trained, volume charts, muscle-group splits, and personal records. PROGRESS PHOTOS Capture progress photos and compare them side by side or stacked. WORKOUT CUSTOMIZATION Swap any exercise and add drop sets. Create a custom exercise mid-workout when the library doesn’t have what you need. COMMENTS Leave notes and comments on workouts. Share a tip, ask a question, or check in with other users. MONTHLY COMPETITION Compete against other users to earn a spot on the leaderboard! TRAINING PARTNER A Bellmade membership lets you gift another one to a training partner of your choice. OFFLINE AND RESUME Closed the app mid-workout? No problem! You can resume it without interruption. Your saved and custom workouts also work without a signal.
