You bonked at km 80. Not because you trained badly — because you guessed. SUPLiR keeps an inventory of the gels, bars, drink mixes and chews you actually own, then turns a planned session into a timed fuelling plan built from that stock. Grams of carbohydrate per hour, item by item, with hydration, sodium and caffeine ceilings respected. Describe the session in a sentence — "4h endurance ride, warm, two climbs" — and the plan is there. WHAT IT DOES - Timed fuelling plans from your own products, not a generic table - Carb loading across the three days before an event, 8–10 g/kg - A phased 48-hour recovery protocol - Caffeine timed 45–60 minutes before peak effort, inside your daily limit - Import from Strava, Komoot, Garmin Connect, .ZWO, .GPX and .FIT - Built on your numbers: weight, FTP, VO2max, carb ceiling FOR Cyclists and runners training six to twelve hours a week, racing two to four times a year, who want the fuelling to be as considered as the training. SUPLiR is a planning tool, not medical advice. Consult a professional for individual nutritional guidance.

Your chain doesn't care what day it is. It cares how far you've ridden. Bike Assistant tracks every part on every bike by the kilometer, by riding hours, or by charge cycles, so you know what's worn, what's due next, and what can wait. No spreadsheet, no guessing, no "I think I changed that in spring". HOW IT WORKS Connect Strava, and your bikes and rides import themselves. Add the parts you care about. Start typing a brand and we suggest one. A custom part can count riding hours instead of kilometers. Get a nudge before something is due, instead of after it's ruined. YOUR WHOLE FLEET ON ONE SCREEN See at a glance which bike is dialled in, which one could use some love, and what service is coming up. Open a bike for every component on it, its mileage, and how much life it has left. Notes live on the bike too: tire pressures, fit numbers, what the workshop said. CHAIN WAX, TRACKED PROPERLY Log wax cycles or drip top-ups. See the kilometers since the last wax, get reminded when the next one is due, and keep a complete wax history per chain. Waxing a whole batch at once? Record the batch in one go. And running several chains in rotation on the same bike is the normal case here, not an edge case. BATTERIES, THE SAME WAY Di2, AXS and power-meter batteries are parts like any other. Log a charge, watch the count, and see it beside your chains. The reminder speaks hours until the next one. THE RIGHT BIKE ON A RIDE Picked the wrong bike when you headed out? Change it in the Activity Log. We update it on Strava too, so the kilometers land on the right bike and the right parts. PARTS THAT KNOW THEIR OWN AGE Chains, cassettes, chainrings, cranksets, bottom brackets, brake pads, tyres, batteries: each with brand, expected life and a wear status that updates itself as you ride. Custom parts can count riding hours instead of kilometers. Move a part to another bike, retire it, or bring an old one back into service. The mileage follows the part, not the bike. TUBELESS SEALANT ON THE CALENDAR Sealant doesn't dry out by distance, it dries out by time. Set a refill interval in days per tyre, record fresh sealant or a top-up, and let the app keep the clock. It keeps counting while the bike hangs in the cellar. TWO-TAP SERVICE LOG Quick Service logs a wax, a sealant top-up, a chain swap or a battery charge from anywhere in the app. Backdating is expected, not an afterthought: you did the work in the garage, you log it on the sofa. REMINDERS THAT ARRIVE IN TIME Push notifications when a chain needs waxing, when a service comes due, or when a part reaches the end of its expected life. Everything also lands in an in-app inbox, so nothing is lost behind a dismissed banner. WHAT BIKE ASSISTANT IS NOT No training analysis, no power curves, no leaderboards. Your bikes and rides are only ever shown to you. The one public place is Ideas, an optional board where riders suggest features under a name they choose. This app is about the bike, not the ride. WHAT YOU NEED A Strava account, and the free tier is fine. Your bikes and rides come in from Strava, and that is the only way in. If you move a ride to another bike here, we update that activity's bike on Strava. We never post to your feed and never create activities. BIKE ASSISTANT PRO Everything above is free. The optional weekly Pro subscription adds analytics (cost per kilometer, part lifespans, how your services perform), order import from a receipt photo or PDF, other riders' bikes, unlimited notes and indoor settings for past rides. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage it in your Apple Account settings.
