No more manual logs or guessing games—know exactly how many miles are on every pair in your rotation, how your gear is performing, and precisely when it’s time to retire them. KEY FEATURES: Seamless Activity Syncing: Connect Strava and Apple Health to import your runs instantly. We automatically match activities to your active rotation, so your dashboard is always up to date. Tactical Shoe Loadout: Build your ultimate arsenal. Assign distinct roles to your shoes (Daily Trainer, Race Day, Trail, Recovery) and monitor the health of each category at a glance to ensure your rotation is perfectly balanced. Visual Wear Tracking: See the health of your gear instantly. Colour-coded progress bars (Fresh, Worn, Critical) help you visualise wear, protect your joints from dead foam, and prevent injury. The Finishers: Every shoe has a lifespan. When it's time to put a pair out to pasture, send them to the Finishers to preserve their lifetime stats and share a custom retirement card on your feed. Advanced Analytics: Deep dive into your data. Dedicated Performance and Gear tabs show your weekly mileage trends, wear rates, and total distance across your entire inventory. Live Shoe Deals: See the best prices on the exact models you need from major retailers, updated in real time. Set a price alert, and we'll notify you the moment your shoe drops below your target—so you never miss a flash sale. Smart Dashboard: Your running command centre surfaces exactly what needs attention—unassigned runs, critical wear alerts, rest-day reminders, and automated retirement countdowns based on your actual weekly pace.

ParkPacer helps you run a smarter 5K — on parkrun mornings, or on any route you already know. Import your own loop from Apple Health or a GPX file and hills are mapped automatically. Save it once, then re-run it with a new target pace whenever you train. Or pick a UK parkrun course, set a finish time, and get kilometre splits that match how you actually train. Suggested paces can come from your recent Apple Health workouts, or from times you enter yourself. They’re recommendations only — always run to feel. WHAT YOU GET • Pace plans for 5K with even, negative, or positive split shapes • Import your own routes (GPX or Apple Health) — not just parkrun • Automatic climb and descent detection from the GPS track • Editable kilometre paces if you want to override the plan • GPS hill and descent cues timed to your place on the course • Course maps with kilometre markers, climbs, and descents • Apple Watch live coaching focused on estimated finish time, with pace prompts when you need them • Optional Apple Workout mode with Siri pace alerts • Send a plan from iPhone to Watch before you start • Finish funnel: show your parkrun barcode on iPhone and Watch when you stop • Optional save to Apple Fitness when a run finishes COURSES Browse hundreds of UK 5K parkrun events. Many include GPX routes for map and hill cues; others still work with kilometre interval plans. Your imported routes live under My courses. Community-approved routes can sync when you’re online. Spot a course mistake? Email an updated GPX to ParkPacer.app@gmail.com. APPLE WATCH Build on iPhone, race on Watch. Live distance, projected finish, target pace, and course cues stay with you while your phone stays in a pocket — or start from the phone and mirror to Watch. HEALTH & SAFETY ParkPacer is a pacing aid, not medical advice. Running carries risk. Pace suggestions are based on Apple Health data and/or times you enter — we can’t confirm they’re the right speed for you. Use your own judgement.
