Sleepcraft reads your sleep data from Apple Health and breaks it down differently than most apps. It shows your sleep on a 12-hour clock face so you can see exactly when you got deep sleep, REM, light sleep, and awake periods. Instead of one combined sleep score, Sleepcraft gives each phase its own score — deep, REM, light, continuity, and regularity — so you know exactly what's working and what isn't. Scoring is calibrated to your age and sex. A 50-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman have different optimal deep sleep and WASO targets, based on clinical benchmarks from the NIH, CDC, and NHS. You can tag daily factors like late coffee, alcohol, or a hard workout and see how they affect not just your overall sleep, but each individual stage. Some patterns aren't obvious — for some people, ovulation can increase deep sleep, or a daytime nap might actually extend total sleep duration rather than shorten it. Sleepcraft surfaces these personal links so you're not guessing. It also connects your daytime active energy and HRV to nightly recovery, and uses your historical data to forecast tonight's sleep quality based on your current trends. All processing happens on your iPhone. No backend servers, no accounts. Your tagged factors and ratings sync through your own iCloud. Terms of Use (EULA): https://sleepcraft.app/privacy

About

RefineSimple

Features

RefineSimple is the strength-training app for people who take it seriously — with a plan that adapts to your body instead of forcing you through a fixed scheme. ADAPTIVE Your week isn't a rigid calendar, it's a pool of sessions. Each morning your readiness score picks the best one for today: recovered → your heavy day, wiped → something lighter or a real rest day, no guilt. Underneath runs a real mesocycle with deload weeks and automatic progression that follows your sets. EXPLAINABLE No black box. Every recommendation names the strongest reason with a number — "HRV below baseline, sleep −21% → less volume today." You always understand why the app suggests something. YOU STAY IN CONTROL The app never says "don't train." It shows you why it recommends an adjustment today — accept or keep the original plan, one tap. READINESS THAT'S YOURS Your readiness score comes from HRV, sleep, resting heart rate and training load, straight from Apple Health. Instead of generic numbers, the app learns your personal typical range, shows the real trend and a 14-day history — reconstructed on first launch. YOUR AI COACH A coach that knows your recent sessions, your readiness score and every set you've logged — and answers based on them. It swaps an exercise when a joint acts up, cuts volume when needed, and explains its decisions. No motivational fluff. PROGRESS, HONESTLY COUNTED Automatic PR detection via estimated 1RM — a rep PR counts too (100 kg × 8 instead of × 5). e1RM trend per exercise, tonnage and volume per muscle group against science-based landmarks. No nutrition tracking, no social features, no fluff. Just intelligent strength training that adapts to you. RefineSimple Pro unlocks the AI coach and all workouts.
