Sleepcraft reads your sleep data from Apple Health and breaks it down differently than most apps. It shows your sleep on a 12-hour clock face so you can see exactly when you got deep sleep, REM, light sleep, and awake periods. Instead of one combined sleep score, Sleepcraft gives each phase its own score — deep, REM, light, continuity, and regularity — so you know exactly what's working and what isn't. Scoring is calibrated to your age and sex. A 50-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman have different optimal deep sleep and WASO targets, based on clinical benchmarks from the NIH, CDC, and NHS. You can tag daily factors like late coffee, alcohol, or a hard workout and see how they affect not just your overall sleep, but each individual stage. Some patterns aren't obvious — for some people, ovulation can increase deep sleep, or a daytime nap might actually extend total sleep duration rather than shorten it. Sleepcraft surfaces these personal links so you're not guessing. It also connects your daytime active energy and HRV to nightly recovery, and uses your historical data to forecast tonight's sleep quality based on your current trends. All processing happens on your iPhone. No backend servers, no accounts. Your tagged factors and ratings sync through your own iCloud. Terms of Use (EULA): https://sleepcraft.app/privacy

About

SleepFlow

Wake up less tired. SleepFlow is your AI sleep recovery coach. It builds one adaptive plan for tonight, based on your real evenings — not a generic eight-hour rule. WHY YOU'RE STILL TIRED You slept seven hours and still feel flat. Most sleep apps stop at a number. SleepFlow tells you what happened and what to do about it: fragmented sleep, high evening stress, caffeine after 2 PM, a phone that came to bed. Every morning you get the reason — and exactly one small move to protect tonight. TONIGHT, PLANNED AROUND TOMORROW Tell SleepFlow what tomorrow actually needs — a high-focus morning, an early meeting, a presentation, travel, or a recovery day. Your plan rebuilds itself: a suggested bedtime window, when to start winding down, and a routine sized to the night you can realistically give it. A WIND-DOWN THAT ADAPTS Grounding, guided breathing, body scan, and a slow sound fade-out. Choose Quick, Balanced, or Full — or tap "Make shorter" when the evening got away from you. Rest is enough. The plan never punishes you for a bad night. REST MODE A dimmed, quiet screen for lights-out. Set a sound and a fade-out, then slide to log your wake time in the morning. Nothing to fiddle with in the dark. YOUR MORNING, EXPLAINED - Sleep Score and Recovery Score, with a confidence level so you know how much to trust them - Tiredness Detective — the likely reasons behind today's energy - One Move Today — a single, specific action, never a checklist - Morning Reflection that feeds straight back into tonight's plan - Weekly report plus an AI weekly insight on what's actually shifting AWAKE AT 3 AM Open Sleep Rescue. A calm breathing session designed for the middle of the night, when the goal is rest — not forcing yourself back to sleep. SOUNDS TO DRIFT OFF Soft Rain, Brown Noise, Ocean, Forest, and Piano. Set a fade-out at 15, 25, 45, or 60 minutes so nothing plays all night. ASK YOUR COACH "Why am I tired today?" Your AI Sleep Coach answers using your own sleep profile, your recent nights, and your reflections — not generic advice from a search engine. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Export or delete your data at any time. AI personalization is optional and can be switched off. The microphone is used only to let the rest visual react to ambient sound — no audio is ever recorded, saved, or sent anywhere. SleepFlow supports healthy sleep habits. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
