Built for ADHD brains that freeze when they see a to-do list. Focus One is an ADHD planner and simple, minimal to-do app that shows you ONE task at a time — full screen, impossible to ignore. No endless lists. No complicated setup. Just the next thing. HOW IT WORKS • Brain dump your tasks (messy is fine) • AI helps prioritize tasks and picks what matters most right now • You see one task → do it → tap Done → get the next one If you ever think “I don’t know what to do first” - this is built for that. TOO HARD RIGHT NOW (NO GUILT) Some tasks feel impossible in the moment. Other todo apps punish you with overdue badges, streaks, and red numbers. Focus One has a “Too Hard Right Now” button: • Tap it to move the task out of the way • Keep momentum without shame EXECUTIVE DYSFUNCTION FRIENDLY TASK BREAKDOWN Big tasks can trigger task paralysis. Tap to break a task into tiny steps you can actually start, like: • “Put 3 dishes in the sink” • “Open the email draft” • “Find the phone number” ONE-TASK MODE (ANTI-OVERWHELM) You only see one task at a time. No scrolling. No choosing between 30 options. No decision fatigue spiral. ADHD TIMER Pick a focus session: 15, 25, or 50 minutes. Breaks include ADHD-friendly resets like: • Box breathing • Quick stretches • Grounding exercises WHAT YOU WON’T FIND HERE • No tagging systems • No calendar integrations • No complex templates • No streaks • No guilt mechanics • No 42 settings to maintain Terms of Use: https://focusone.io/terms Privacy Policy: https://focusone.io/privacy

Ebbi is a day planner and focus timer that puts your day on the clock. Type what you need to do, tap how long each task will take, and Ebbi lays it out in order, with a start time on every task and a finish time for the whole plan. If a task runs long, add a minute or five and everything after it moves, so you can see where the day stands. Made for adults with ADHD, and for anyone who loses track of time. PLAN • Type a task, then tap how many minutes it gets. • Tasks of 25 minutes or more split into shorter blocks, with a short reset between them. Change the blocks any time, or turn splitting off. • A reset is a different thing to switch to: water, a short walk, the dishes. Rename or replace any of them. • Until you start, DONE AT shows when you would finish if you began now, and it moves with the clock. • Load a starter plan when you would rather not build one. FOCUS • One task at a time, counting down inside a ring, with the next item named underneath. • A live finish time for the session updates as you add time, take time away, or pause. • Plus and minus 1 and 5 minute buttons change the current task without restarting it. Finish early, skip, or go back a step. • 12 soundscapes plus Silence, including white, pink and brown noise, rain, ocean, cafe and lo-fi. White Noise and Lo-Fi come without Pro. REVIEW • See the tasks you finished and the minutes you focused. • Open a past session to see each task's planned minutes next to the minutes it ran. • By default, each day starts with a clean plan. STRUCTURE THROUGH SCIENCE Ebbi's core design choices trace to published research, graded in public at ebbi.app/research, including where the evidence is thin. • A 2022 meta-analysis of 27 studies found children and teens with ADHD judge time less accurately and less consistently. Ebbi keeps the clock on screen so you don't have to hold it in your head. • Across 94 tests, deciding in advance when and where you will act helped people reach their goals (Gollwitzer and Sheeran, 2006). You set the order before you start. • In 87 students, rest planned in advance brought less fatigue and distraction than rest they timed themselves (Biwer and colleagues, 2023). Resets are on the schedule. • A 2024 meta-analysis of 13 studies, mostly in children, found white or pink noise helped a little on lab attention tasks in young people with ADHD or attention problems, and hurt a little in others. Sound is optional. • In 543 adults who reported an ADHD diagnosis, how kindly people treated themselves tracked with how they were doing (Beaton, Sirois and Milne, 2022). Ebbi's end-of-session screen starts with what you got done. Sources are in the app under Settings, The Science Behind Ebbi. Ebbi is not a medical device. PRO Ebbi is free to use, with the limits listed below. Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription, and new subscribers can try it free for 14 days through the App Store.
