This science-based brain-boosting program is built on the successful results of the Brain Fitness Program developed by Dr. Majid Fotuhi, an adjunct professor of neuroscience with 30 years of experience at institutions including Johns Hopkins and Harvard Medical School. Dr. Fotuhi has published peer-reviewed papers showing that his 12-week program can significantly improve memory, attention, mood, and overall brain function. The Invincible Brain app brings this proven approach directly to you. The app helps you harness your brain’s remarkable ability to change every day—called neuroplasticity. With simple, practical habits, you can strengthen memory, sharpen focus, stabilize emotions, and protect your brain as you age. It turns cutting-edge science into daily actions that build a stronger, more resilient brain. What makes The Invincible Brain different Most brain apps focus on only one thing. But research shows the brain improves most when multiple systems are trained together. The Invincible Brain integrates the five most powerful, science-backed pillars of brain health—movement, sleep, mindset, nutrition, and cognitive challenge—into one personalized plan. This whole-brain approach produces meaningful, measurable gains. Core features • Brain Fitness Calculator: a 5-minute assessment that maps your unique brain profile • Two additional questionnaires to uncover issues limiting your cognitive potential • Personalized recommendations clear and tailored to your needs • Daily and weekly motivational messages that fit into real life • Short lessons explaining the science behind each habit • Tools to improve memory, attention, emotional balance, and mental clarity • Progress tracking to help you stay consistent over time The science behind the app Decades of research—and Dr. Fotuhi’s own published studies—show that combining physical activity, cognitive training, high-quality sleep, stress mastery, and brain-healthy nutrition creates greater improvements than focusing on any one factor alone. These multimodal interventions enhance attention, executive function, emotional regulation, and long-term brain resilience. The Invincible Brain brings all of this science into one clear daily system. Who this app is for • Adults who want to stay mentally sharp as they age • People noticing changes in memory, focus, or mental stamina • High performers seeking clearer thinking and emotional stability • Anyone wanting an evidence-based path to lifelong brain health • People who aspire to become “brain super-agers” What users often notice Within a few weeks, many users report sharper focus, better recall, improved mood, lower stress, and greater confidence in their thinking. These changes come not from doing more, but from doing the right things consistently. This app is educational and not a substitute for medical care. Its goal is to empower you with knowledge and habits that support a healthier, stronger brain over time. Your brain changes every day. The question is whether your habits are helping it grow—or letting it fade. The Invincible Brain app helps you choose growth and unlock your brain’s full potential.
Imaging Stress Task

Easily test the impact of time pressure and performance-related stress using adaptive math questions. The task consists of a practice phase, followed by a control phase and an experimental stress phase. After completion, results are displayed as binary values (1 = correct response, 0 = incorrect response), allowing for straightforward export and analysis in Excel or other statistical software. This app is inspired by the Montreal Imaging Stress Task (MIST) protocol as described in: Dedovic, K., Renwick, R., Mahani, N. K., Engert, V., Lupien, S. J., & Pruessner, J. C. (2005). The Montreal Imaging Stress Task: Using functional imaging to investigate the effects of perceiving and processing psychosocial stress in the human brain. Journal of Psychiatry & Neuroscience, 30(5), 319–325. This application is an independent implementation inspired by the original research and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original authors.
